I called Bloomingdale Heating and Air and they were at my home in less than 1 hour! Fantastic service, great price and knowledgeable technician. I HIGHLY recommend them.

We were treated with prompt service and very nice technicians. They called to let us know how soon they would be on site. They cover all the stairs and floors with clean drop cloths they worn protective booties over there shoes. They were friends and professional. Angel and Juan did a awesome job ever Gowan’s clean up and remove promptly. The owner Anthony called to see how everything went and thanked us for calling his. Business. We used them about ten years ago and twenty years ago. They have done seven of our friends homes and twelve family members homes we highly recommend them. The are reasonably priced with great people

From start to finish this company has been very professional. Chris the technician called When he was on his way. He wore his mask and booties inside the house. Found the issue right away and was able to get it installed the same day.

If I can give them no stars I would! This company is horrible to deal with. Don't let all the commercials and fluff fool you. They dont care about their customers. Had a scheduled appointment for a new furnace and air conditioner install and 12 hours later I am extremely disappointed with the installation this company did on my furnace. After the first attempt, It looked like an amateur job with mangled duct work and tons of silicone to patch holes and leaks. It is an extremely disappointing experience after paying a lot of money for a new furnace with the expectation of a professional job. On top of the installation, they installed a less expensive humidifier and didn’t notify me of the change and apply the difference in cost. They also installed the PVC water drain about ¼” from the hot air pipe. To top it off, they couldn't tell me if the work they did is fully compliant with Local building codes. This should be a simple question to answer if you are installing systems in the region.

But wait, the story gets worse from here. When I turned my AC on for the first time this year, there was a loud "wind tunnel sound". I had to call them out again and they found the filter tray wasn't sealed. This seems like a simple and necessary thing to check during the installation.
This company is not what they set themselves out to be. They are very rude and careless. Stay Away!!

I'm very happy with these guys. It started with quick and easy no-nonsense discussion with sales to find the right product for us. And then it was scheduled to be installed the next day. The technician was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He took his time to answer the questions I had and left the work area clean. I will definitely be calling them again!

I've been a homeowner for years and have had my share of contractors good and bad and want to say I wish all could be like Bloomingdale Heating!!!! I chose them after having five large and small well named heating contractors bid on a new furnace & air system for my house and I couldn't be happier. Anthony is not only knowledgeable and personable he honestly cares that you have the proper product installed in your home. He went the extra mile the others didn't and took time to explain all options completely. He really did help guide me in making a smart decision for my home. I also want to add prior to my actual install my air went out on a very hot weekend. Anthony came out and took care of it personally to make sure my family wasn't in harms way and did not charge for it. His installers were on-time, very well organized, experienced and professional. Lee was the first to arrive, I was told they call him Hazel because he cleans things constantly as he works which is very true. He described how everything would flow and it went off like clockwork. Chris was great on explaining functions of new thermostat and the system. I noticed how meticulous he was as he sealed seams on the duct work. He also made sure it was running smoothly and efficiently. All this was followed up by Anthony calling later to ensure everything was perfect and that I was completely satisfied.
Other contractors would be very wise to take a page from the way they operate.
