I requested service from Comfort Pride Services on December 23 at close to 9pm. Pete called me immediately and asked if I was available to meet so he can diagnose the problem I was having with my boiler. This man not only called me immediately but came out the same night to help me. It was - 2 degrees and all companies were swamped. Im so greatful and amazed at this companies ability to satisfy its customer above and beyond. Pete diagnosed my problem and found it to be a circulator pump that went bad. Pete said he would be back with a new pump in the morning and install it. He was back in the morning and installed the new pump. Heat works perfect now! Thank you to Comfort Pride Services for being so kind, professional, prompt, and so willing to help.

Called CPS and they answer immediately regardless of the day of the week. They show up as promised and always do great work. They have repaired blower motors on our 10 year old HVAC system, found creative ways to zone our home including new thermostats, replaced our water heaters and always save us money. They are careful in treating our home like it was theirs and leave it clean and better than they found it. I always trust Pete, Mitch and the CPS team to do a great job that is best for our family! 5 stars!

My furnace wouldn't shut off at the right temperature and kept getting hotter. I called and they responded right away and Pete actually came out that night to look at it. Really professional nice guy. He had to come back the next night with the part to fix it and it's working great! Will definitely use them if I have any other issues going forward. 100% recommend

We manage a 108 rental units. We have used Comfort Pride Services 3 years now. All repairs for the boilers, water heaters , circulating pumps. Last winter few apartments had broken pipes Pete and Mitch brought their freeze machine , froze the lines repaired the leak. Saved us from draining the entire wing. Highly recommend. Comfort Pride Services came in and replaced my AC/furnace. My AC was 26 years old and it finally died. Pete suggested that changing out the furnace, which was also very old, would be the most efficient route to take. He explained the process and made it make sense to me. He offered options and together we made our selection. I definitely viewed him as a partner during the whole process.

On the day of install, his team came in and treated my property as their own. They were clean, efficient and highly professional. They dismantled the old system, not just tear it out. After they completed the install, they walked me through the new equipment step by step and also assisted with registering my new product so I could get all the benefits of my new AC and furnace.

I would highly recommend CPS to anyone that has questions about their current system or needs a new one entirely. I will continue to use them for all my maintenance.

I went out and got quotes from 5 other companies and additional advice from a few other HVAC folks regarding replacing my furnace & AC before I came across CPS. I decided to go with them to replace my furnace and AC because I could just tell that I was dealing with someone that cared about their work. I got a great deal; one of the better quotes, pricewise, and Pete and Mitch's work was great. They even back it with a 10 year labor warranty (you just get your yearly maintenance done through them). Highly recommend them. They are very responsive, punctual, honest hard-working folks.
