Jason and crew from Residential did a top notch job on the installation of my furnace and central air unit. The craftsmanship on the furnace install was outstanding. Highly recommended.

These guys are awesome. They installed my system within a day after my old one completely failed, and that included custom work because of the way my house was built. Maintenance plan is awesome (super convenient as they will remind you about the maintenance) and they are super responsive even via email, if you have any questions.

Kendall is always there for you. I mean 24/7. This lady does not sleep.
Technicians are always on time (Jon, Ben).
And the CEO Eric will even help schedule services after water damage.

Also, I LOVE my new system. I am so happy they recommended it.

My experience with Residential heating and air conditioning from start to finish was excellent, the technician ( Frankie) that came to my house was very polite, he let me know what was going on every step of the way. I will recommend residential heating and air conditioning to anybody that needs work done.

Great Service from the moment the I called for an estimate. I had 4 different companies provide estimates and Residential Heating was the most competitive. I was impressed with the fact that as the estimate was being done, I was shown some safety concerns that no one else had mentioned. Eric did not try to oversell me in anyway. We made our decision about 8pm at night and they were out the next day to install the furnace. The gentlemen that did the install were awesome. Took the time to answer many questions and educate me about the new furnace. They were friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. Cleaned up afterwards so you would never have known they were there. I will be highly recommending Residential heating and Cooling to my family and friends and will continue to use for all my A/C and HVAC needs. So glad I found a company I could trust and be comfortable with.

Eric and his wife, the owner of the company answered my emergency call at 10pm. They were eager to listen to my problem and gave me an advice. Even though they haven't done any work at my home they were eager to help a stranger. Let me summarize the reason why i am giving them 5 star review for being kind,, compassionate and great customer service. My heater that was just installed 2 months ago by a different company, was leaking gas and our carbon monoxide was alarming, I had to have the fire department come in to check the home.Thank God, me and my daughter are ok. I called the company that originally installed our furnace and Ac and they wouldn't have anybody come out to our home to fix the issue until tomorrow morning. We don't have heat tonight and our water pipes could burst. They also told me that they will void our warranty if I have another technician comes in to fix the issue.

I am in desperate mode so i decided to call a local technician for advice and so happened that residential heating and cooling came up, so I gave them a call. The owner, which is the wife and the husband Eric answered my concerns and gave me advice. I will definitely recommend them because of this. They are very kind, compassionate and they were patient. Thank you Eric and your wife. You guys put my mind at ease.

Jon & Tyler were both extremely friendly and professional. Jon was very knowledgeable on our advanced HVAC system which made me feel confident I called the right company. In fact al their people were wonderful and caring. JOn was taking Tyler out on training calls because I was able to learn more about my system as well. As they tuned up the system they made some money saving recommended and upgrades that will extend the life of our system saving us money in the long run. Thanks guys. See you for the yearly tune-up!

Great professional crew working here. I had a very good experience with the heating maintenance call and the technician was extremely thorough with his analysis of the furnace. Furnace stopped working a month later and I texted/called early morning. Within an hour I heard back that a technician will be out to diagnose by 9 am. Technician helped provide multiple options on replacement furnace and gave me time to determine best and cost effective option. Had repair crew out the next day (they actually made it 15 minutes earlier than their scheduled time) and worked for 4 hours to install new furnace, purifier, and thermostat. Walked me through everything they changed. All in all a great experience and each technician was professional, friendly, and helpful.

The service was awesome. Arrived in a timely manner and spent a lot of time checking the a/c unit and making sure everything was working properly. Well worth the cost.

Residential Heating and Cooling has exceptional customer service at the main office as well as their technicians . Steve (Stevie) came to repair an issue we have been having with our Ecobee thermostat, and our furnace. He was wonderful, extremely knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. He also took the time to explain things to us, which was very helpful.

No pressure sales tactics, and resolved issue quickly. Fast response time (same day). Technician Frankie was great. Will be using again for maintenance and repairs in future.
