Quinton & Jeremy installed our new furnace and ac unit. They were very polite and professional! They explained both units and communicated well throughout the process. Definitely would recommend!

We called Covenant around 3:30 pm and they sent a service man out at 4:00 pm. Jeremy was very professional, knowledgeable, and answered my questions. Super nice guy to work with.

They were very quick to respond but the technician was not very polite and also not very professional. He made a mess all over the furniture near where he was working, and when I attempted to talk to him about his return to fix the problem I got 0 answeres.

Covenant is awesome. I have used them ever since I moved to Pekin. Season maintenance to replacing my ac. They are courteous, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend them.

We have been customers of Covenant for about 10 years. Our original contact was having them replace one of the compressors on our AC; saved us over $1000 on that. Recently when the wind chill was -55; our furnace decided to commit suicide! They were here the same afternoon and couldn't revive it. After another 10 hour attempt to repair it and replace the indicated defective part (19 yr old Trane HE); we were advised it was time to replace ): ; because of the weather everything was delayed, but a new furnace was installed in one day, and we're back in the house. Can't say enough good things about this company.
