Just finished my annual A/C checkup with Jeremy. Explained what he was checking and finding as he went. Very helpful. Office called before he was due to arrive to let me know he was running late from a previous appointment, very appreciated. Always a pleasant experience with Covenant. Thanks!

They have provided service in our home for few years, they are always on time, professional, polite and helpful. They have done repairs for plumbing, heating and cooling. Our motor went out on our furnace on one of the hottest days this year. We called Covenant. Dennis was out to check it within a couple hours. He discovered the motor had burned out. He called the next morning and had found us a motor. He called the office and told them. They sent him back out at 3:00 that day. It was 95 with a heat index of 104. So thankful for their quick and friendly service. Their customer service is excellent.

Had someone scheduled to come out at 8am and they showed up at 9am instead. Said he fixed the problem I paid $200 and it ended up not being fixed. Came back at 4pm and apologized and said he fixed it this time. No he didnt. 8pm a different guy comes out and says I still have a leak and they wont be able to schedule anything until next day. I call next day and they say they can be there at 5 pm and it was going to be another $200 charge. I told them I wasnt paying them twice when they didnt fix it 3 times in one day. Manager proceeds to call me not even an hour later and says he isnt going to fix it and to have someone else do it. Trust me and save yourself the trouble. They have no idea what they are doing and just greedy.

Our hot water heater went out, and I couldn't get a call placed until after hours; Jeremy still came out and took a look. He was very friendly and got right down to work, telling me what the possible problems could be and what the repair would be. REALLY appreciated everything about the service we got this evening!!

Covenant is a wonderful business. I highly recommend them for any issue you have. Tim, our service tech was on time, very professional, advised us on any issue we may have. He and any other tech are very knowledgeable and can answer any questions you may have. We have them service out AC unit in the Spring also. They are a company that you can trust and that means alot to my husband and I. Again, highly recommend them.

I called covenant after an awful experience with another local plumbing agency. I was met with amazing customer service and a free estimate for resolving my plumbing emergency. Covenant not only accommodated my emergency, but they were above to resolve the situation at nearly 1/4 of the cost I was initially quoted.
