Covenant - Heating - Air Conditioning - Plumbing

We had our central air conditioning unit replaced on August 20th, 2021. We received excellent communication and product installation from the great service team at Covenant, Chad, Quinton, Dennis, and Travis. Thank you all for a job well done.

Covenant was quick to get us taken care of. They are reasonably priced and informative. Jeremy did a great job. We will be using their services again if need be.

We called Covenant at 3:30 in the afternoon because our heat would not shut off. By 6pm they had serviceman to our home, determined that we needed new furnace, sent out someone to give us quotes on new furnaces. They even had someone drop off a few heaters to use until the new furnace could be installed. They were fast, efficient, and very professional and very nice! Thank you Covenant!

My hot water was bad and had to be replaced. I called Covenant to have a plumber come out and confirm for sure that was indeed the problem. As I thought it was bad and needed to be replaced. As the plumber was checking the hot water heater out he noticed it was not very old. Matt R. the plumber asked how long I had the water heater I told him it was not very old. Matt checked the manufactures date and told me that I should still have two years warranty left. So he suggested I call the store it was purchased from and from his experience they would let me exchange and get a new one. Even though I did not know where the original purchase receipt was. Sure enough that is what happened. Because of his honesty and integrity it saved me from buying a new water heater. He also had the new water heater ready to go in no time. Matt is very polite, professional and does very good work. Would recommend him to fix any pluming problem you have. Ed H.

Our a/c went out on the hottest day of the year. We called the emergency number and Dennis Whitley came to our rescue. He was polite, punctual and thorough. Covenant is lucky to have such a professional working for them.

Due to some issues that came up with a home sale. I needed a steam fitter for an old steam system in a very short window of time. Covenant not only tried to work with their team quickly to help me, they gave me contact to another company who could service me immediately. That single action alone means they will forever get my business. Honest and dependable.
