Covenant - Heating - Air Conditioning - Plumbing

Such a disappointing experience. Took two weeks and four technician visits and over $1400 to get a “I think you should be ok.” (Labor, parts and service agreement.)Totally agree with the service visit charges. Air conditioner was under parts warranty but we were told we got the warranty price on parts. Never heard of such a thing. If a contract says parts are under warranty…they are under warranty. Right? Without going into further details, suffice it to say, we’re very disappointed with the experience. Good luck to you!

Dale and Jeremy were great! Pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable. The old water heater was out, a few pipes were replaced, the new water heater was installed, and, as Dale said, “cooking water” in just a couple hours. Very satisfied! We will call them for future plumbing needs.

Our Ac unit stoped cooling our home last week, it was 100 degrees out , our house was hotter, we called , let them know it was urgent they came out made an assessment an told us it would be a price to repair, once they went to replace the ducting they noticed our coils was bad rotted out the pan an it also had to be replaced, they seen we are struggling they seen our kids was miserable an they stepped up an fixed everything for the same price they told us, I don’t think they made any money doing this job for us, but my wife an kids and I will forever be great full. Thank you guys so much. Really , thank you.

Had a clogged drain starting around a basement trap. The guy cut the pipe and took the trap out but didn't unclog the drain, then quoted me 5 hours at 500 bucks to install a small cheapo RO system. After declining that because he told me I'd lose access to cold water to the sink (I know better, why would you lose cold water with a pass-through system?) I installed it myself in 40 mins and that's having to run to the hardware store for a wrench. Charged me 200 bucks for 15 mins of work that didn't fix the problem with my drain.
