Michael arrived at my home yesterday and did outstanding work, repairing my A/C, diagnosing all the A/C issues, repairing them, cleaning all the filters that were causing my system to overheat and even diagnosing plumbing issues that I needed to get repaired. My inside temperature was 90 degrees when he arrived and shortly after he completed his work my home was a cool, comfortable 68 degrees. What a relief!
He was completely professional, thorough, and technically proficient in his job. He explained everything to me in language I could understand. I will definitely call Covenant if I have any other A/C problems in the future.

Covenant was absolutely amazing. Our unit stopped working on a Wednesday afternoon and they had someone out Thursday afternoon once I got home from work. Alec was extremely professional and hoped it was an easy fix but after making that fix, realized it was a much bigger problem. Being a 12 year old unit, he and I agreed I probably shouldn’t spend a large chunk of money on something that could have more issues 6 months later, especially since 7 months prior I had a separate company out to make $1,300 worth of repairs already. He set up an appointment and the next day Jordan came out and went over all the options for new units and went into great detail about the quality of each one. He was extremely professional and polite and I enjoyed learning from him. He told me to talk with my wife about it and get back with him and hopefully he could get us scheduled in with a week- week & 1/2 timeframe. Monday came I contacted him to say which unit we wanted and he immediately got us scheduled and to our surprise was able to get us in that coming Thursday. I talked to Vicky a few times to go over details and she was very polite and a joy to talk to. The crew came out on time Thursday morning and wasted no time installing the new unit. Rodney came out that afternoon when I got home to install the new breaker and thermostat and was very polite and even fixed a minor electrical issue he noticed in the breaker box, not related to the unit, free of charge. I cannot recommend this company enough. It’s always stressful when you have to have major repairs or get an expensive system installed but their knowledge, responsiveness, and great customer service made this process very easy on my wife and I. Thank you again.

Used to work with Covenant on a daily basis via a property management job, but continue to use them on my personal home. No issues or lapses in service or communication EVER - they are always working to provide a high level service, and it shows. This morning I had a routine maintenance check up, and the technician (Michael) spent almost 2 hours going over some specific potential underlying issues, along with answering several questions. He apologized for taking so long, but I was instead extremely grateful that he was passionate enough to not just give a quick glance over and take my word that everything was working fine. He checked every in and out on the system, presented the situations and how it could cause issues over time, and provided itemized quotes for the specifics discussed. It's refreshing to work with someone who consistently goes above and beyond, very highly recommend.

I have never had a bad experience with this company! They are always wonderful to work with. They schedule quickly and the technicians are always on time, sometimes even early! My technician today was Travis. He answered all my questions honestly, gave me advice, and was very professional. Troy will be coming out later this week to advise on a plan, and I have no doubt that I will be in good hands. Based on my experiences, I would highly recommend this company!

The price of Covenant's annual maintenance was very reasonable for my two units. They were able to schedule a service appointment the same week I contacted them. Reminder text and emails were sent, as well as a phone call. The technician was knowledgeable, professional, and very polite and courteous. Very satisfied that I decide to have Covenant service my units.

Covenant installed my new HVAC system a while back. One of the most responsive companies I have used. They come out twice per year for maintenance and do a great job sending reminders to get it set up. All techs I've worked with have been great.

I had a serious AC issue with a rental unit.
4 different companies attempted to fix the problem and failed. Covenant came out and accessed the problem and fixed it immediately. These guys are amazing and professional and get the job done.

Travis recently installed an air scrubber and UV light for our upstairs unit, and we couldn't be happier with his service or the new upgrades! We've worked with Covenant for a couple of years now, from basic maintenance to this recent upgrade, and have always found them to be reliable, trustworthy, and honest. Thank you, Covenant team!

We purchased our heat and air unit from Covenant about 2 and a half years ago. Our heat went out several times, but Covenant technicians came out each time and got the heat back on. After the last time the heat went out, it was determined that the heat valve in the unit was bad and Jeremy replaced the part and have had no problems since. LeAnne at the office was super each time I called. She got a technician out quickly each time and followed up on all the visits. She was great !! Thank you LeAnne !!!!
