Covenant has been great! I'd used them before to help with issues on my old unit with which they were always immediate and on time or early with answering, returning calls and showing up. Generally they were able to help me just simply over the phone with most smaller issues. I had to finally replace my 22 year old unit a few weeks ago and decided to go with them for the replacement. As units are costly right now I decided to get 3 different quotes. One was a couple grand cheaper, one was about right at same price and ultimately I'm glad I went with Covenant. They were the only of the 3 companies to respond immediately, get the unit out a day later and have it installed, they offered financing and always answered my calls and questions. The other 2 companies never responded half the time and some companies I tried never even responded or never followed up. I have to say the customer service of Covenant is top notch and refreshing. The work they did was incredibly well done and everything looks professional and operates correctly! They also offer affordable maintenance care and great warranties. Thank you guys!

My service technician, Ryan, was courteous and thorough. He kept me updated as he ran up and down stairs, in and out of doors, to check all the aspects of my system. Covenant installed this system almost nine years ago and working with them has been a pleasure.

Travis was friendly, personable, and helpful during the preventative maintenance task. He made awesome suggestions for air purification to add to the HVAC system. I highly recommend Covenant for your HVAC service needs. Great customer service!

My experience with Covenant has been awful. Keep reading… I saved the best for last.

-First AC cleaning service: the guy was messy and left black smudges on our white wall

-during the first cleaning, I asked him about a new remote for our spilt unit. He said he’d get a quote. Two weeks and several calls later, still no quote. I ended up ordering a universal one from Amazon (didn’t realize I could)

-In July 2022 our split unit blower motor went out. 6 month wait because of supply chain issues…. Fast forward to first week of February- the WRONG part arrived, turns out you can’t get it any more. They’ll give us a quote on a new unit.

-would NOT give us the part number so we could try to order ourselves. When I told them I may order it I was asked, “do you have someone to put it in because we won’t do it”….. (yes, please keep saying things that make me angrier….customer service is on point)

-I told them the only way I could keep doing business with them id if they gave me the deal of the century on a new split unit.

-the deal of the century you ask? Over $2,000 above 2 other quotes I got for reputable companies (one was Kimbro air)

Ugh… what a nightmare. Don’t waste your time. Use anyone else…. Literally anyone.
