My family woke up to a cold house on a Sunday morning due to our heat going out sometime overnight. I searched online for a company who might be able to help and stumbled upon Covenant Heating & Cooling. After reading through many of their happy customer’s reviews I gave them a call. It was early in the morning and I spoke with their answering service who assured me a tech would reach out soon. Within 10 minutes a very friendly tech, Jeremy, gave me a call to let me know he was on his way. Less than two hours from the initial phone call our heat was up and running again. Jeremy was fantastic. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and his quick response time was very much appreciated on a cold Sunday morning. The price for an emergency service call and the actual repair was incredibly reasonable. We will definitely be using Covenant Heating & Air for all of our HVAC needs and will recommend them to all of our friends and neighbors! Thank you Jeremy for coming to our rescue this morning!

Our unit needed freon and I was able to receive service the same day I requested service. Brandon assessed the need for freon and also searched for a suspected leak. He gave us advice with the estimated cost of repair. I appreciate his professionalism and knowledge, as well as suggestions. Brandon answered all questions that I had. I feel confident we will continue to call Covenant for heating and cooling.

Alec is super smart. Best I've delt with in a long time. Figured out what was wrong with the gas log fire place. Really appreciated his honesty. That made me sign up for their $99 heating and air service for my outside unit too. Way better customer service that Nashville hearth and grill! You will be glad to use this company.

Just bought a new home and needed to have the entire HVAC system replaced. Got bids from several recommended contractors and decided to go forward with Covenant. We were VERY impressed with their process and transparency. They explained all the options and pricing and recommended ways we could save. Installation went off without any issues and the unit works great. Everyone was been a pleasure to work with and the company truly strives to provide and amazing customer experience. Our air conditioner was making noises the Saturday of Memorial weekend and we called Covenant Heating and Cooling on a recommendation from our neighbor. We didn’t expect a service call until Tuesday after the holiday but they were able to fit us in and fixed the problem. So next extra charges and we will use them again. the company I work for has been doing business with Covenant Heating and Cooling for 7 years. We have been pleased with their customer service, their tech's knowledge and ability, and the value of what we pay for. Today, Brian came by and did our 6-month maintenance. He found we had an issue with our unit - he explained it to us thoroughly, and then fixed our issue in a timely manner. Each tech we've had over the years has been wonderful. There's a reason we keep calling them, year after year.

We became members back in August and we have been very pleased with their service since. Yesterday, Brian came out to perform our HVAC maintenance. He was not only polite but professional, friendly and made sure we were treated well, meeting all of our needs!
