They sent out a tech named Clayton who was extremely polite, very knowledgeable, and very helpful. He was also very neat and asked for a broom to clean up after his work. He had our heat working in no time. Great guy Great company whom I would highly recommend to anyone. Honest folks and they also called back to follow up. If you are looking for someone who will do the job and be honest and reliable this is the company.

This company is fantastic. They talked us through what our needs were thoroughly and gave us options as well as whether or not those options would be cost effective for our daily usage and needs. The owner came out and met with us, provided us a quote and got us scheduled for HVAC system replacement in less than two weeks. It could have been 1 week but we requested to push it out a little further to accommodate a family trip. Everyone who came out was friendly and professional and simply amazing. If you're replacing an HVAC system or just getting some work done, Covenant is the best place to go for quality products and customer care. Hands down. This coming from someone who NEVER writes reviews unless they are bad.... yeah, these people are that impressive. Call them!
