Came out the next day to fix our AC. Skyler did the work and he was super informative, polite, and worked quickly. Matt came out to give an estimate and he really took his time to explain everything and present us with our best options. Will definitely be calling this company again!

I’ve used Covenant for a general HVAC maintenance and had duct cleaning. I honestly cannot say enough about how nice, helpful, and trustworthy they are. We’ve had a handful of issues fixed and every time someone has taken time to make sure I understand why something might need to be addressed. Chris particularly took time out of his evening to walk me through some questions and educate me on how my system works. It’s really nice to be able to trust a company to do right by you. They even prayed for my baby’s heart surgery and followed up to ask how she was after. Not a lot of people or companies do that. I’m telling you, hire this company, they care about doing the right thing.

Covenant Heating and Cooling took great care of our family when our heat went out a few weeks ago. We got four different bids and, though they were not the lowest bid, they were the most thorough, attentive to our needs and goals, and flexible with our particular situation. They truly seek to serve the public and stand behind their quality products and their service. I really felt guided through a stressful decision and they helped us decide what solution was best for us, not just what would make them the most profit. They came back to check their work and ensure a quality finish to the job. I highly recommend them.

Called on A Saturday for a heater not working they had a technician out in a few hours to inspect and troubleshoot. He had to order the part. They came out Wednesday repaired my unit in an hour. This company has excellent communication by texting and email when and who is in route and they keep their appointments on time. The technician was clean, courteous, and very professional. And the office staff was able to accommodate my needs with a warranty company issue I was having. Overall no one wants to pay for a costly repair but with excellent customer service they made the need so much more easier. I will use them in the future and will recommend them to others.

The pilot light on the gas heat quit working and they came right out and fixed it immediately after hours! Very nice young man took care of everything and we had heat going again immediately. I highly recommend this company for any need you may have as far as Heating and Cooling whether it be gas or electric!!

These guys went above and beyond my expectations and I would consider myself to have pretty high standards. Nick and Tyler did an exceptional job of replacing our old HVAC unit and have not had this good of service experience in my many years of working with contractors. I would defiantly recommend them.
