My first call from now on. Excellent service at a very fair price. Everyone from the office to the techs is very friendly and polite and they show up when they say they will! Many businesses could learn from their example!

5 years ago I shopped around for a quality American Standard HVAC installer and settled on Covenant. The installation was flawless. Future support was discussed and my memory says that we agreed that if nothing happened in the first 6 months, it would be fine for the first two years. Sounded reasonable. 2,3,4 years pass and no contact by them for a maintenance check. Disappointed. Now my system is getting to the point that I'm sure it could use a routine check.
Contacted them and their rates for maintenance were better than others so I entered into a maintenance agreement. When he came out he was efficient and seemed to be knowledgeable.
Update: since I contacted them for regular maintenance they have been stellar! Increased my rating to 5.

I LOVED working with the Covenant crew — I don’t get to say that often about an HVAC company. When I tell you they saved our hides when our furnace went out — they saved our hides. Alec, Brandon, and Ms. LeeAnn were just fantastic. Honest, reasonable, professional and most of all they know their stuff. Glad to have found this company and would recommend them to anyone!

4/19/2022 Update - Several years later, Covenant continues to provide excellent service and the unit itself continues humming like a top. Very satisfied with our decision years ago to choose Covenant. We will continue to take advantage of their seasonal service plans.

Very customer focused company. To replace our 19 year old 3.5 ton unit, I got eight local quotes. Covenant was hands down the best price/manufacturer combo. Salesman and technicians were great. Worked well with our young children and weird dog. Follow up from the office is impressive. They sent cookies and even a check for the value of our old unit they hauled off to be recycled. Very satisfied. Also feel good about supporting a local business.

Prompt service, arrived on-time, sent a text and email confirmation when tech was on his way, and the work was excellent. An honest, reliable company - they were recommended to me and I would do the same for anyone looking for HVAC repair work.

Updated review. I contacted this company for an A/c failure. They responded quickly and charged an outrageous fee to perform work that did not solve the problem, but, they added a “maintenance fee” for work in the future and they offered a “duct replacement” quote that was 90% of the total value of the home. This is not an old two bedroom trailer, this is a modern home, 30 years old with new a/c units within 8 years. Quoting duct replacement on a system that has worked for 30 years at a price exceeding six figures is nonsense. Their two visits failed to resolve anything but they assure me their quote for duct replacement (90% of the homes total value) is the only solution. This is a criminal company. If you see an add from them, face the door and run as fast as you can in the opposite direction. Thrives and con artists who do a disservice to an entire industry.

These people are the best! I called at around 2:30 on a snowy day and they were able to come out that very same day! It was no extra charge that it was snowing or anything. They are very courteous and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone! They stayed in communication with us through the whole process and got the job done quickly! Grade-A service!!!

Covenant has done a fantastic job for me. Matt did an excellent job consulting me on the status of my HVAC units and Alec was timely, knowledgeable, and honest. They have never tried to sell me something I didn't need and have been the definition of professional. Would recommend.
