If you're like me, you rely heavily on customer reviews, and for that reason, I chose Star Heating & Air as my choice for a new heat pump system in my home based on their overall rating. Honestly, I had 5 companies bid for my business and Star was the best value for the cost. Their crew (and yes, it was at least a 5-6 member crew) literally came out the next day to install my new system. It took them roughly 4-hours and everything is running smoothly now with no issues. NOTE: They were also the most responsive company I encountered in communication as I thoroughly covered all details of the install, product, and warranty with them on multiple phone calls and emails. I had never used Star before, so this was my first experience and it was in retrospect, a wise decision based on the professionalism and integrity they demonstrated before, during and after the installation was complete. I highly recommend this local company for your HVAC needs.

We requested an appointment online and received a call from Mickey and he arrived within 20 minutes. He was friendly and knowledgeable and provided honest and fair prices. I would definitely recommend.

This is my second time using STAR and what an honest and professional experience. First time was 3 years ago to install a ductless unit in our bonus room. STAR was over 1k less than 3 other companies. Second time was today. AC went out and the inside temp was 90, called at 7:30am and within 2.5 hours later Mickey fixed the unit (replaced something) and the charge is around 150.00. That would have been the service call with other outfits. STAR especially Mickey and Mike are incredibly honest and they are the best in the business. Thank you!!!

Called a large company to come check out our issue and they quoted an astronomical amount. Star came out so we could get an opinion and they were able to do the job for thousands of dollars less. They were so quick to make it out to our house and fix what was going wrong. Definitely give them a call!

Called this company to get a consultation, they came within an hour to give me a consultation (free of charge , since it was a simple fix.) I then inquired about some additional HVAC work. They gave me a quote by the end of the work day. I then scheduled the work for the following morning. 4 servicemen showed up and did a great job on my new exposed HVAC system. They were done within a few hours. Very professional, prompt and high quality. Highly recommended and overall great experience, from start to finish!

Wow! Hard to believe in 2019 that there are still companies who believe customer service. Our heat pump failed this morning. I called Star at 11am expecting a day or two wait for service. The very nice lady said she would contact her service team. Within 5 minutes, i received a call and the service tech said they would come right over. 30 minutes later, they arrived. Took 10 minutes to isolate the problem and another 30 minutes to complete the job. Amazing!! Thanks Mickey and Star. You have a customer for life!!

I felt the need to write a review for this company. Mickey arrived and found the issue immediately and repaired the issue (TXV replacement). The cost for the service was a very fair price and I will call this company in the future and feel confident they are being fair and honest.

We have been using Star for about 20 years. The unit we purchased originally finally had to be replaced. Until that time, we experienced only very minor problems. The repairs were done promptly and courteously. When it was necessary to install a new unit, Star had the best price out of the five businesses I contacted. I highly recommend Star Heating and Air.

We had a 22 year old unit and it was dying on us. We have 3 dogs and it was getting pretty toasty in our house. Star gave us the Best price , over $1000 lower than the other quotes we had. They came out the next morning, got the unit installed even in the rain. Mike and Susie are such nice people, answered all of our questions and heard our concerns !
