Star Heating & Air Conditioning

I've use Star Heating & Air for several years for repairs to my unit. When it came time to replace the unit I call in the afternoon and by lunch time the next day they had the unit replaced. Very professional installation and all the guys were so nice and courteous.

Have needed to call these guys a couple of times in the last few months. We have a pretty old HVAC unit so would have been easy to persuade us to buy new. Instead, the first time they replaced an inexpensive part and the next time they advised us on some issues with our thermostat at no charge. Highly recommend them and will use them for our new unit when that day eventually comes.

We bought our system there several years ago, and they are always quick to come out whenever we have a problem, which isn't often. They are very fair, and Micky, their senior technician, is both very knowledgeable and personable.

Can’t say enough great things about Mike, Mickey, and the other guys at Star HVAC. Came out early to diagnose and kept us cool until new coil was installed. Good communication, friendly, and knowledgeable. I’ll be a client for life!

I used Star for the first time today after being referred to them by some close friends of mine (Dena Payne & Terry Cross) and let me say I couldn't be more impressed from the lady that answered the phone to Mickey the technician (who by the way has worked there for 24 yrs), he called exactly when he was suppose to and serviced me same day because my upstairs unit has been out for a few days. I had already had someone else look at the unit and felt like I was totally getting mislead and no doubt I was. Star Heating & Cooling will definitely be my choice for heating and cooling needs from here on out.
