Kimbro Air

We always have a wonderful experience with Kimbro air! They are very in-depth, helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous! They are honest as well! We have them service our unit and we feel it’s very beneficial and have had them come out once when we had an issue and they resolved it quickly and did not try to add on anything unneeded! Highly recommend!

For the past almost four years since we moved into our current home, we have used the services of Kimbro Air. This makes us repeat customers...because they are great! The techs are always respectful, not only of us, but also of our property/home. I give Kimbro high points across the board!

Two reasons I gave them 5 stars are first, in had a next day appointment and they accommodated my schedule. Secondly, was the technician Cody. He communicated with me prior to introduce himself and showed up on time. He was also very knowledgeable and did not jump to just replacing parts but corrected one of my issues with diagnosing the problem. On that he spent a fair amount of his time. I'm good with it and would recommend them if someone asked.

Reasonably priced, and the technicians are always friendly - and they show up when they say they're going to show up. They call me to remind me to set up our regular maintenance that's included with our service contract, unlike other companies that might let you forget and lose the service call that you'd paid for.

AC unit stopped operating days prior to heat wave. They worked us in and provided excellent service in a professional manner. Definitely worth the call.

Kimbro Air was very quick to respond and get someone to my house. Storm was amazing and so professional. He kept me informed and was able to use the warranty for my water heater to replace the malfunctioning part. I will definitely use them again!

Storm the tech was fantastic! The only downside the company does not work with hone warranty companies and that was not told to me on phone when I called to book. Thank gosh it was nothing major and we were able to get it repaired right away...

After our HVAC had been out for several weeks and Hiller was taking their precious time getting back with us…we called Kimbro. Chad informed us that he could be out to look and fix our systems within 2 days. Him and Storm were here to fix our HVACs and got them running quickly. They were both very professional and explained everything clearly. They said the quotes we received from other companies were way overpriced and did it for almost HALF what the other companies were stating.

We will definitely be using this company again when our HVAC needs a tune-up or has any issues and have sent them as a trusted recommendation to our Home Insurance and Home Warranty companies. So glad we found an honest HVAC company to help us.
