Installed light fixtures in basement and kitchen. Jim, who did the work, did an excellent job. He was friendly and professional.

A year late on the review but I just found my invoice again. AC was blowing hot air. Kimbro came out and did a leak test to find leak in evap core. Quoted me $3,045 to fix or $6k for new unit. Was told since there is a leak, there’s no way to tell how much refrigerant it’ll take.
Got a second opinion. No leak was found in evap coil. refilled with refrigerant to see what happens. I asked how he knew how much it took. He told me it says right on the unit. 2 pounds. Second opinion company filled my unit with the refrigerant for $200 and it’s still cooling to this day. It’s 97 degrees outside right now.
SO GLAD I got someone else to check my AC. And you should, too.

We had a new unit installed and they did a great job. We have also had to have them come back out twice since the install to check a few things and they were always prompt and courteous and did a great job. Austin came out today and was super friendly and professional and diagnosed a weird issue and had it fixed right away. Great company!

The semi-annual service on my home’s two systems was performed efficiently and on schedule by knowledgeable, courteous technicians. I have been a loyal Kimbro customer since before dirt was invented. They have always been right there for me any time there was a need or a problem. I cannot commend them to you too highly.

We just moved to the Gallatin/Hendersonville area (Nov 2021) and needed our heating and Air system checked after buying our home. Called Kimbro and they were out the same day! Absolutely Wonderful !!! I felt so very "taken care of". When I initially called to arrange for a quote, I was called immediately the same day. The other two contractors I called were nice but didn't call me until a day or two after my initial call. I was super impressed with my salesman who diligently walked me through every step of the quote process. I was amazed that 3 employees showed up to install my new unit. I knew it was going to be an all day, tough job. My crew went right to work and seemed like they did not slow down one minute until the job was complete. The install looks perfect. They were so neat and clean. I feel totally confident and comfortable. Sweet, cool air flowing through my house. I immediately could tell I saving money !!! Thank you Kimbro Air. I've been a Kimbro Air customer for 25 years. They provide excellent service. I can always depend on them.

Was having problem with our old unit. Kimbro dispatched Nathan after trying to repair old unit was unable to do so. He explained everything to my wife. The next day Charlie came out and priced a new unit. Again, everything was explained to us. Today 02/19/18, Jeremy and TC installed our new unit. Everyone we met and dealt with at Kimbro was polite, professional, and efficient. It has been a pleasant experience dealing with a company like Kimbro I would recommend them to anyone.
