The technician who came was early and so professional. He explained what he was doing and why to my husband and myself. It was a complimentary maintenance but he performed it is that we should pay a lot of money! Love Kimbro!

I called Kimbro today at 12:30 as my heating unit keeps shutting off. Cody from Kimbro arrived at 2pm today and diagnosed that I need a new blower. I was charged $140 for todays visit. Cody ordered a new blower and the additional cost will be around $1100. I trust Kimbro with the pricing. Cody said he will install it asap. I’m waiting on the installation (hopefully soon as I have no heat) but I was impressed with the quick response time and quick diagnosis.

Our AC went out at the house and three other companies couldn’t diagnose our problem or get it fixed. Then, the guy from Kimbro came by and had the problem figured out in no time and then got the part replaced same visit. I will tell all my friends and family that Kimbro is the best!!

We’ve been a Kimbro customer for 14 years and I will continue for the foreseeable future. Recently, I had a breakdown and my unit would not start! Overall they was able to respond within 12 hours, then they diagnosed the issue identified the the parts and went to pick them up before the biggest and coldest winter storm over the last few years. When I called the problem in they assured me it would be fixed if at all possible. The technician was on time and was able to fix my unit before dark and before the winter storm started. I couldn’t ask for anything more out of a company and the technician was the kind of technician I would want representing my company.

Kimbro air came out quickly when needed. However, they did not fix the issue and instead installed a work around that will not work long term. Their billing admin had incorrect information and was unprofessional. Example: I had asked for an emailed invoice, and got an angry phone call a few days later about my “past due invoice” when no invoice had been sent via mail or email. I explained that the invoice was not received after the service, and was told: “Well we need to get PAID.” Well, I can’t pay a bill that wasn’t sent. Often times emergency HVAC services are used in a stressful time when you are dealing with many factors , so it helps to know the people you rely on in those times will be honest, do good work, and treat you decently. After this experience, I wouldn’t trust Kimbro air to do those things.

Woke up to no heat last week. called Kimbro and they removed our existing units and installed a complete new Daiken heat pump system in one day. Woke up to trucks in my driveway and 5 tech's. They relocated the new system which gave us a lot more free space in our in house garage. We cannot believe the amount of work they did to insure we had heat before they left. I don't think anyone else would have committed the resources to get us warm so fast. We have been with Kimbro for 20 years and put several of their systems in other homes we owned. Very knowledgeable and most importantly...responsive service companies we have ever used anywhere. Good people...highly recommended.

Called for furnace repair and had an appointment the same day. Chris was the technician, very professional, efficient and clearly explained what needed to be done and the cost involved. No pressure sales which I liked. I arranged to have them handle my HVAC spring and winter maintenance going forward. Thank you Chris!
