I can't tell you how grateful I am for the very professional, personable and knowledgeable technicians you have working for your Company, Kimbro Air. A few days ago (now, is 2/14/2020), your technician, Storm was out to my home for a service contract check on all 3 of my units. A Very Pleasant technician, who also give me info on a product to help me get rid of allergens, odors, specifically dog smells (as I have , 4 large rescue dogs and though I am nose blind to dog odor, I am keenly aware that it exists). Storm knows I have a great concern about buyers coming through the home, as I intend to sell my home this year, and worry, I will lose a sale because of the odor. So,... Storm told me about. Product by Active Plus, called Air scrubber by Aerus. From reviews online and Storm's Personal experience, it's top notch and will rid the home of all odors. I look forward to him coming back next week and installing it for me. Can't wait. Until he told me, I never knew of its existence. So, thank you so much Kimbro and your Technicia , Storm. This company is Great!!! 😁

We received our winter cleaning service and it was exactly what we ordered. We use Kimbro for most of our heating and cooling needs and are glad to have a bi-yearly cleaning. Storm was efficient and informative about any issues and services.

Mr. Steve Seals came to my house for my fall maintenance and cleaning. He did his job well, with professionalism, AND he did NOT try to up-sell me with various products I don't need or want.

I truly do not want any salesmen servicing my home because I have trust issues over someone "creating" a need that did not exist before their visit ... if you catch my drift.

With Mr Seals, I felt confident he did what was expected, and is a pleasant man also. Kimbro Air should be proud to have a person like him in their employ.

My experience was great. The service man was professional and very courteous. Kimbro Air is always on top of things and it is the reason we purchased our unit from them.

Our heat went out a few weeks ago, we called them first. The service person came out and looked at our unit which was still under warranty regarding parts, but not labor , which we understood. He looked at our unit and quoted the repair with a new part at $446.00 which included an $89.00 service fee that they would not waive even though work was going to be done. He told us the work was only going to take 30 minutes. That's over $800.00 an hour for labor. We called the service manager and told this was the industry standard. Needless to say, we had to pay the $89.00, but we did not have them do the repair. We called Derryberry, who came out the next day and did the repair for $264.00. We were so pleased with them, that we are having Derryberry replace all our duct work next week. I would suggest to anyone to please do your homework and shop around before using Kimbro.

Kimbro Air came out to my home and found, as I suspected, that my entire split heat pump had seen its better days. All of their employees beginning with their receptionist, the service man, Austin, and their installers, Terry and Keith worked very diligently with a true concern for me and my heat pump. Chad, the estimator, offered very competitive prices on the new and BEST unit to meet my needs that included a FULL 12 YEAR WARRANTY! Terry and Keith made sure that the new unit was working as it should. I expected it would be an all day installation; but, the new unit was in place exactly four hours later and included taking my old unit away! If I EVER have any problems with HVAC I know I will call the caring people at Kimbro! I recommend Kimbro Air above all other HVAC companies in Hendersonville and the greater Nashville area. This is a company that TRULY CARES about the customer! If I could rate them at 10 stars or above, I would.

Superb service. Called Kimbro when I realized my AC was not blowing out cold air. They were at my house swiftly and fixed the problem in no time. Everyone I interacted with was professional and helpful. We will be using Kimbro in the future.

We had a heating and air-conditioning guy come out and he said it was going to be $900 to fix this part then he went out in his car and he goes oh yeah I guess I can give you a discount of $775 my husband googled the part and the part was only $100 to buy and 30 min to install. then there was a bunch of YouTube videos on how to fix it and how most repair men try and scam you out of needing a new part and he fixed it himself I called the AC guy back and said I want my money back for the diagnostic fee which was 130

Quick and easy repair on time no run around I appreciate that when choosing heating repair in the winter.
