Kimbro Air

Our experience with Kimbro Air has been five star from installation, to follow up. Kimbro's commitment to service our new system and duct work has been excellent. Their staff is courteous, friendly and genuinely seem interested in doing a good job. My husband and I would highly recommend this company for your home heating and air conditioning needs whether you home is new or an established home such as ours.

We were so impressed with the responsiveness and knowledge from Nick, our technician. We had 2 other companies come out and check our unit, which left us still with a broken/faulty unit (our unit is only 2 years old). Nick spent a great deal of time figuring out what was wrong, and walked us through the fix. We will definitely be using Kimbro in the future, and THANK YOU to Nick who was great!

Central heating and cooling in the attic quit working and thermostat went blank. Called Kimbro Air and they came out the same day and found a blown fuse. They checked everything and could not locate the cause of the blown fuse but said if it blows again in 30 days the service call would be free. So far so good. It was 32 this morning and the house was warm as toast.

I have been a customer with Kimbro Air for over 7 years and always renew my contract for three years because of their outstanding service. Highly recommended. Fairvue Plantation Resident.

My last service was done by Jim Cotter and I was very impressed with Jim's many years of experience servicing air-conditioning and heating units.

I look forward to seeing Jim when he is scheduled to service my heating units.

Would not recommend. We had the seller do a HVAC tune-up costing $395. Less than two weeks later, after moving in, the fan in the unit outside stopped working. They didn’t want to come check it out unless we paid another $89. In other words, they don’t stand behind their work.

Our unit went out and we called Kimbro. They came that day. Dalton worked hard in 90+ degree weather. He got the unit running. And then it stopped again. I called back an Dalton was at the door ASAP!!! The part he needed couldn't be purchased till the next day. He went and got us 2 window units for us so we could sleep in our house. They are a great company who will do what needs to be done!! Thank you Dalton and Kimbro!!!

Austin is a great representative for Kimbro Air. My husband and I were impressed with the eagerness he showed to have our service repaired. Because of him should we need service again Kimbro Air will be our choice ! Thank You Austin for your hard work !

Kimbro has always been a reliable and honest HVAC company to us. When we first moved to Hendersonville we had a problem with our system and the first company we called on wanted to sell us a new system. We called Kimbro and they came over and found the problem was a simple switch and saved us thousands that year. Twelve years later we’ve had them eventually replace our old system and maintain our new. They continue to be reliable, ever available and trustworthy.
They are a five star company in my book.

Do not recommend them at all. Purchased a Spring/Fall AC unit tune up. They came out in the Spring to tune up my AC and said everything looked great, they just cleaned the outside unit. I had had no issues up to this point. Within a month after the cleaning my AC unit froze up. I called on a weekend afternoon and got a quick call back, but by 9pm that night they still had not shown up. They put me on the list to setup a time on Monday morning, but by 5pm on Monday they still had not shown up. Called another AC company they were out there that day, and added 3lbs of coolant and fixed the issue. I had never had a coolant issue in the past, and Kimbro said I was not low on coolant. hmmmm??

Our heat had decided not to work one morning last week. Kimbro came out immediately and had it up and running in no time. They are the best!
