We have done air duct cleaning for several of Kimbo Air's customers. And they are always extremely happy with Kimbro. They do business with us because they trust Kimbo's referral. That says a lot. Thank you Kimbro.

This company (Kimbro Air) installed a complete new system in our house in 2010, removing old unit completely and cleanly. This included ductwork, pad, unit, etc. All their personal treated us with utmost courtesy and professionalism ! Seven years passed without a single hiccup, and our power bill was the lowest ever. Then the winter of 2017 came our unit went on the fritz. One call said it all, with no heat there were no excuses given, a service engineer came straight out in 12°F weather at 9:00 am and at 12:30 we had heat. So the lowest upfront cost for new installation, prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, courteous, service in adverse conditions when needed, who do you want? I use Kimbro Air!!!!!

Great service from start to finish! Contacted Charlie via TVA's escore search on a Saturday for a new a/c unit in middle of July. Justin and Taylor installed our our unit within a couple of days. Troy then came out the next day to polish up a few things. When making a large purchase, all I ask is that I feel like I am being taken care of, and the folks at Kimbro did exactly that.

This company is the absolute worst! They refused to give the name of their part supplier, when a board they installed, went out again in a year. They Would not supply any records. The Service Manager Ranae hung up on me 5 times, because she would not provide me with the part information of the product they installed in my home. I spoke with the owner Derrick Kimbro, which laughed, said, “I don’t legal have to give you and information, you’re crazy, go take a pill.” and he hung up on me. They are obviously completely thieves and I wish I had never used them. Originally, I have them a great review, after this, I would warn anyone against their scam, if they tell you, you need a board replaced, be sure they actually replace it. It is clear, that they never actually replaced my board, or it would have been easy to get the supplier information. The are low life scammers! Do not trust!!!

Definitely price gouge on parts. We paid $800 for a blower motor that we later saw online should’ve cost around $140. Very disappointing that a company would charge people so much for a part when they are already making bank on service calls, diagnostic fees, and labor. They know you need your heat or air and take advantage. I won’t be calling them for any future problems we have.

Great service, always on time and professional

This was our first and last time using Kimbro Air. The prices they charge for parts are outrageous compared to other reputable AC companies. Recommend Phoenix Heating and Cooling. Phoenix' prices are extremely reasonable and they will not excessively overcharge for parts like Kimbro does. Very disappointed.

Our home was either hit by lightening or it hit very close by. Damaged and inoperable central air units units were made to run by Nathan and Austin, service technicians. A very difficult job to trace all the damage lightning can do to electronics, but we were up and running with our main dual fuel unit in a day. These guys work hard to get it fixed correctly and we are sure grateful for that.

Bad for business don’t bother using this company stay away!!!!!

Dalton from Kimbro Air came today to do our maintenance on our heating and air unit, he was awesome very knowledgeable and curtious . Could not ask for a better experience highly recommend Kimbro Air and Dalton! Thx so much
