Kimbro Air has been always very reliable, honest and competent when it comes to servicing our heat and air. Today the technician, Chris worked quickly, explained all he was doing, disclosed all costs.

After waking up to a nonworking air conditioner and the earliest availability for another company (that I was a member of the “club”) Being more than 48 hours in the future, I called Kimbro Air and they were able to send someone out later the same day. The gentleman was very professional and found the issue and was able to repair it in under an hour. I will be switching my business to Kimbro Air.

Upstairs HVAC not producing cold air on a 100°F hot Sunday in July (inside temp 83°F). Called a dozen companies to respond on emergency basis on Sunday. Only one company was able to assist immediately. Kimpro Tech Chris responded right away and came over after finishing up another customer. He was very knowledgeable, professional and quickly diagnosed the problem. Chris located a failed component (capacitor) within the system, repaired and replaced it and had the system blowing cold air within 30 minutes. Kimpro is a hero and rescued us. Highly recommend.this contractor.

We’ve been using Kinbro Air for a few years now and they have been great to work with. They’ve mostly done maintenance work but have completed some repairs to our HVAC system and have always been up front about explaining (even showing us) what the problem is and about pricing, warranty work, etc. Overall, we are happy with their service and will continue to work with them.

Have been using these guys for over 13 years for installation and service and always been first rate. Always been accommodating for appointment Times for preventative maintenance calls because I work somewhat late so I'm usually last call for day. Overall great experience through the years.. Switched to Kimbro after being dissatisfied with another service. Kimbro was quick to respond. Technician was professional and thorough in his evaluation and discovered issues that were not properly addressed by previous company. Glad I switched!

Don’t mind the username, it’s my gamer name. Anyways, Kimbro Air has both repaired and serviced our HVAC unit. Both times the tech was on time, courteous, knowledgeable about our smart thermostat and did an amazing job. I could not be happier with the service and will absolutely use Kimbro in the future. Five star rating for sure.

Our heating unit went dead at 5pm during a freezing winter night. We called and they dispatched a technician to come repair the heater. A blown fuse caused by a frayed wire in the compressor was shorting out the system.
He also informed us that our Freon pressure is about 27 PSI where it should be 125PSI. We've since rescheduled another visit to repair the leak. Very happy with the service.

They were able to assess my AC within 24 hours and fix the small problem I had. This was during the hottest and busiest part of the year for them, and it wasn't even an emergency call. Very professional and the cost was reasonable for the service.
