Called Kimbro for a simple install of a thermostat that my wife had bought.I was told on the phone it would cost 189.00. The technician came out and did a quality job of installing it. Took less than 15 mins. Then I received the invoice for 300.00. I called and asked why the price had changed from the one I was quoted, I was told they have to charge for a “diagnostic fee” every time they are sent out on a call, which made it 300. When I argued with Bobbi on the phone regarding not being quoted for the diagnostic fee. She basically told me too bad, when I asked to speak with the manager or owner, I was told the owner never comes into the office ever. 300 for a single thermostat install is absolutely ridiculous, and their claim of 100% satisfaction guarantee is non existent.

Very impressed with this company. Only been in my new house 6 weeks when the pipes froze in the attic. They were going to come back the next day, Christmas Eve to repair it, instead they came back the same night so we wouldn’t go without heat. Had some leaking due to silicone not drying fast enough. Was back out here within an hour to repair and told me they would fix any damage after it completely dries out! Love the customer service! It’s hard to find sometimes!

When you call in they are extremely unprofessional. The service technicians are rude and condescending. This industry has to be the worst for huge mark ups, lack of commitment, and horrible customer service. This company is no different.

Gas heater quit working during the night. I called at 8:30 that morning & technicians were at my house within the hour due to a cancellation, replaced a broken part on the heater and were gone! Our house didn’t even have time to her frigid. Thanks!

Chris Brewer from Kimbro came out to do a cleaning and checkup on my unit, I really appreciated his knowledgeable, quick work and professionalism. This is the second time I've dealt with Chris specifically and he has always kept the same high standard of service, as have all the technicians I have dealt with. Having used Kimbro many times in the past, including installing a brand new unit last year when my old one failed, I would certainly highly recommend them for any HVAC maintenance, repair or installations you need. I plan to use their services for many years to come.

Wow.. great customer service. I have the warranty plan (which I am usually skeptical of) but let me tell you they are the exception. I've had to use it a couple of times over the past 2 years and there has been no issues with it.. they even came out the same day on both occasions and all costs where covered. I wish I had used them sooner all the other hvac people were nightmares. I had one unit that was only 2 months old and the installers still wouldn't do anything for me and spent lots of $$ in the process. Do yourself a favor.. if you are looking for an hvac you can spend a lot less money and frustration if you just choose kimbro from the beginning.
