Covenant - Heating - Air Conditioning - Plumbing

Worked with us to give us some A/C after 24 yr old system broke. Designed HVAC system to qualify for tax breaks and refunds/discounts. Put us on the intstall list promptly and installed on a bad weather day. Excellent clean up too. Will use them for general plumbing and electrical work.

Justin, Quinton and Chad are very professional, friendly and courteous. Did a great job installing our new HVAC unit.

Covenant came out to fix air. First, they were about 2 hours later than stated. Second, they were told exactly what was wrong with air, but they stated it wasnt the problem. They cleaned the outside unit (took about 10 minutes). They said filter needed changed and left. We replaced filter (6 month filter thst just hit the 6 month mark). A few hours later, they were called back to fix the air because it wasnt fixed correctly the first time they were out. The problem was exactly what they were told originally was the problem. They charged overtime for coming back out after hours. If they would have been on time/fixed it right the first time, they wouldnt have been called back. Supposed to be good christian company but lie and over charge. Listen to your customers, you might get it right the first time and not need to rip people off!!!! This is actually a no star rating but unfortunately, a star has to be clicked to review.

My heater is very old and they worked on it for 3 days trying to get it to work efficiently...great company . Calling them back for a new heater and to install central air this time.

I just recently purchased a house built in 1954 with plumbing that had been pretty much jury-rigged. Though it worked (after a fashion) there were leaks, and faucets where the hot and cold were reversed, hot on the right, cold on the left, a toilet that refused to flush, a tub drain that was completely clogged and more. It was crazy. I hired Covenant to not only fix those problems but install a water softener and whole house humidifier. To do that almost required a total rebuild by Charlie, a Master Plumber, and Tim as they worked through the maze of pipes in the basement. But they did it all with a friendly professionalism and answered any questions I had. And it all came in exactly as quoted. I can't recommend Covenant highly enough.
