Older guy in a Covenant van decided to stop in the middle of Manito Rd. to make a left turn and didn’t go even when there were no cars coming then when he did go he brake checks me and proceeds to yell and make rude hand gestures out the window. Very rude and unprofessional

Had Covenant come to my home on Monday to give me an estimate on installation of new fixtures on my shower/tub and sink repair. Agreed to the estimate and they arrived on Tuesday at 12:30pm and were done at 2:30 pm.

I called last night with an issue and a service technician was at my home this morning. I am a young homeowner, so I had tons of questions. The technician was kind and patient, answering each question so I understood my problem and what would be done to help. I not only got my problem resolved, but learned a lot in the process. I chose to enroll in Covenant’s annual maintenance plan. The service scheduler was kind and knowledgeable as well. It was a headache free experience and I really felt like the price was fair.

Jeremy Jones was punctual. Very polite. Listened to what I had to say about the problem I had with toilet. Explained everything in detail. Gave suggestions on what could be done to solve the problem for good. I am pleased with the service given and recommend Covenant Heating and Plumbing to everyone.

After having a mess of a situation and no heat for 6 days I decided to give covenant a call and they were out very quickly the same day to look at my furnace, which then needed replaced and was done the next day. They were all very professional, knowledgeable and very quick to get our new furnace installed. Thank you so much for installing our new furnace so quickly!
