Had to make a call on a Saturday morning for service. Travis came out and found the issues immediately and cleaned and serviced our entire HVAC system quickly and professionally! Thank you folks! I highly recommend Covenant!

Recently moved to the area and called for a first time annual cleaning and check with our A/C unit before summer starts. Covenant was able to get us in right away. Brett, the Technician, came out to do the cleaning and was very professional, and did a great job explaining everything in detail that was to be done and what to watch out for in the future. Everything was completed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs. My husband and I will now be long time customers!

Brett came to service our AC. He was on time (actually called and was able to come early) very friendly. Explained the issues and what the charges would be. Was quick with the service. Would recommend!

We contacted Covenant when our AC quit working. They were able to come out in a timely manner. Brett our service technician was friendly and professional, and he took the time to explain what caused the AC to fail. The air was working again in about an hour.

Not a real HVAC company, from the techs to the sales manager. Rude and unprofessional. Brand new system installed last year got issues already and wanna charge a service fee after not being able to get a tech out for several days.Dont waste your time or money, hire a real HVAC company .

I took the afternoon off to be home for an appointment with Covenant. The office called to inform me that they would be late because they got hung up at another job. About 2 hours later I see their van drive down my street and turn arround and proceed to drive past my home. When I called the office they claimed that the technician knocked but i did not answer the door. That is not true because I watched him drive past my house. So my ac was not serviced and I missed an afternoon of work for nothing.

I was in need of a under cabinet drinking water system and new faucet. I had a previous quote from months ago from another company who put me who told me it would come in and be installed within 2 mo. 3 mo later and still wasn’t scheduled. I called to inquire and owner called me and chewed me out and gave me a 5 minute lecture on all their emergency calls. I was understanding thinking he was having bad day. About a month later I called to inquire and he said it would be within 2 Wks. 3 Wks go by again and no call. I called and got ahold of Dale with Covenant. He came and quoted and was here within just a few days to install at HALF THE COST the other Peo Co. I now have a new awesome faucet and RO Drinking water. NO MORE TRIPS TO STORE FOR WATER!! Thank you so much Dale!!

they came out to service my ac. i was told there would not be a service fee. i was charged a fee. i was then told i was going to get a refund months ago, now today 2-3 months later they said my warranty is out. bad business. i wont refer them to anyone and im going to spread the word. they took me threw hoops about my $79. but at this point i will never call them again. bogus. im upset!

Very good plumbing service. Last year they installed a new water heater which went very well. A few weeks ago it was a new kitchen faucet. We had a small problem last week with the faucet. I called them and the plumber came the same day to correct the issue. It was resolved quickly. I very much recommend this company. Good service and pleasant people.
