Keller was called around 8:15 am on Christmas Eve! Great response time and fixed our furnace before 9:30 am!

We just had the Keller Heating & Cooling crew install a new furnace and central air. The guys did an awesome job, they finished the job in unbelievable timing, not to mention they did it for half the cost as another quoted in our local area (Manito, IL). I'd recommend these guys to anyone.

Had appointment this morning at 8am . ReceiveD text from Shawn that he was running late and be here around 10am . Approximately 1030 am I sent 2 texts,left 2 voice mails. Finally at 1100am I get text back from Shawn that he's sick and won't make appointment. I've wasted 3 hours waiting foe him to come lloked and my furnace. Now I got to find someone else on a Saturday to look at furnace.

Friendly. They're very professional. And Quick! Total new system installed within 5 hrs

I called and asked for help with a thermostat on a Saturday. The reply I got was that he didn't want to come to my house for that.
