Tried charging me an extreme amount of money for a repair, and they never fixed the furnace. They blamed it on an old furnace. I PURCHASED a 25 part, installed the part in 25 minutes, and the furnace has worked perfectly fine ever since. Not 1 issue. They were extremely rude to my tenant during the service call, and extremely rude to me when I explained what was wrong and how I fixed it. They refused to even try to be reasonable, still wanting to charge an extreme price for work they did not do, saying it's their right to charge for time even if they didn't fix the issue. They said it was because the furnace was old, even though the part fixed the problem and the furnace has been running too notch ever since the fix, more than 5 months ago. I will never do business with such unprofessional people again and advise you hire more professional service people.

I called the day before the 4th of July with 95' temps. Came right out, fixed the issue and for a reasonable price. Thank you Pekin Fritch - Would definitely recommend using them for your heating and cooling needs...

He came and looked at the project and I never heard from him again.

Hire another company that actually knows what they are doing and won’t over charge for something they didn’t even fix.
