I called and asked for assistance on a unit that they had installed in a townhouse that I just purchased. None of the necessary owner manuals were available. The system is 14 years old but in exceptional condition ... it appears that it has been rarely if ever used. I asked if there were manuals of available for this unit. The person I spoke to, one of their engineers, told that I was crazy if I thought I could get a manual to a 14 year old unit. Instead of being helpful and seeing if there was a later model that was similar to my unit where manuals were available, he was nasty and just blew me off. I contacted the company back and told them about my experience and told them that I was going to write this negative review. A company that is this unhelpful and condescending is not one that you want to deal with. And I want to reiterate, this company installed the unit. You would think that they would want to gain the business of the new owner of the townhouse. Apparently with this company this is not the case. If I could give them a zero or negative rating, I would.

The technician did a great job. He was outstanding in many ways. He was extremely thorough in every way. Plus ...... he taught me alot about heating and air conditioning. I don't know if you keep score like I do. If you do, I would certainly give my highest recommendation of this man's performance. I hope he will succeed in everythings he does. Just one of those people that have impressed me enough to speak out for him.

Installed heating system and AC unit service was old school very rare!! They were very professional honest worked hard cleaned up they did great job I recommend Joe to install your furnace system thank you Chicago land and Joe

There's a short bald guy who is a driver. He was interacting with me while I was inside my car trying to be a tough guy and provoke me to say something. This happened late June when the train was stuck on the tracks. I thought it was hilarious but obviously unprofessional. I was not frightened and he kept trying to stare me down and talk tough. What's up shorty?
