Hey Chicagoland- I reached out on 5/26/21 and 6/3/21 and have not been contacted back regarding work still not completed that is spelled out in my signed contract with the owner, Skip. A phone conversation with “Joe” the new guy, led to him telling me nothing else was going to be done about the unfinished work. Is that what happens once your company has payment in full? Waiting for satisfaction...

***Update** I contacted Chicagoland as they had asked. We were able to reach an agreement. They came out to my home at the end of July and completed the work to my satisfaction. Thank you, Chicagoland.

I've been a long-time customer of Chicagoland Heating and Air.This evening I came home from being away for a couple of days and my air conditioner had gone out, my house temperature was 97 degrees! Chicagoland not only responded quickly but they were at my house within the hour! Serviceman Robert,was kind, efficient really knew what the problem was, got the unit up and running again!! I cannot say enough about Rob and Chicagoland!! So don't waste your time with the others,have a problem call Chicagoland!! And for a late night service the price I thought was reasonable too!

Wow what great service in a very difficult situation. Our heat went out yesterday morning at 4:00 AM. Called Chicagoland and even though he was extremely busy Rob managed to come out and replace our motor on our system. He replaced the motor and did a diagnostic check of problem areas in a timely manner. He was absolutely professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Chicagoland will always be our first call for heating and air conditioning need. Thank you so much.

Chicagoland had installed a new AC unit and the service and professionalism of Steve and his partner was a welcome change. They answered any questions I had.
Kudos to Dave Baglarz for setting up the new install and making sure that the AC unit would be the best for my needs.
I would recommend Chicagoland to anyone who needs service for either their heating and/or AC, be it service or new install.

Chicagoland installed a new a/c unit and thermostat. Technician Joe and jesus were outstanding. They were on time, extremely knowledgeable in their field, Joe has a knack to being very detailed oriented. Joe and jesus answered the many questions that popped up very professionally. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have any AC issues. Corrected. There was no mess from beginning to end.

I cannot even begin to tell you what a nightmare this company is. They DO NOT STAND BY THEIR WORK! I had a new furnace and hot water heater installed after a flood. They used old pipes for the hot water heater, it started spraying water everywhere. They didn't return my call. I had it fixed by someone else and they wouldn't honor the warranty.

Yesterday, my air conditioner was leaking. I called the emergency number at 10:30. I received a return call at 3:34, 5 hours later. "Yes, this is Chicagoland Heating & Air. You had an emergency?" Yes, like 5 hours ago.

And, the person that did fix my issue told me the people that installed my furnace didn't even give me a completely new furnace.

I will NEVER use this place again. I am calling the Better Business Bureau about their refusal to give me the warranty information.

If you need a great heating and cooling place to service your air conditioner and heater, then you should give Chicagoland Heating & Air Conditioning a try.

I gave them five stars as I highly recommend this company for outstanding customer service, great technicians, and reasonable prices for what they do.

We have been using this company for several years now and although they have many technicians that do a great job, we always like to ask for Robert. He is thorough in checking the air conditioner inside and outside the home and goes above and beyond to examine the units and fix if there are issues. He is quality driven and makes sure everything is running smoothly and that you are happy with his work before he leaves.

One year, when the weather reached 90 -100 degrees for several weeks, our air conditioner just stopped working in the evening. We called them and within two hours they had a technician out at our home and had the unit up and running. It was really hot that evening, and the fact they had someone available at 10pm was amazing. Every since then we call them every year for service in June or July for the air conditioner and in the fall we call for service on the heater.
