Steve and Nate came out this morning to install heating and a/c unit for my sister and brother-in- law. They did a fantastic job from start to finish and worked together great!! After they finished they took the time out explain how to operator the new thermostat. I will tell anyone that Chicagoland is the BEST!! Thank you so much guys for your hard work and thank you Chicagoland for sending us such great guy!!!

Jerry at Chicagoland was very nice and professional. He was able to resolve the issue with our furnace quickly and repaired it in a reasonable amount of time. His kind demeanor let you know Chicagoland cares about their customers and believes in the carrier product they sell.

Rob F. came to my home on 8/31/17 to service my furnace. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He explained each step of what he needed to do and why. I felt comfortable with his service and because of him I will recommend chicagoland heating and air conditioning in the future as well as use their services myself. I hope he will be available.

Rob came to our house when the air-conditioner had a Thermal lockout in 95 degree heat! No one could be there to meet him, but I trusted him enough to let him in the house without us there. He cleaned the unit of two years worth of dogwood seeds and replaced a part. He stayed in contact with me the whole time, told me exactly where he placed the bill, turned on the air so it would be cool when I got home, and made sure our cat didn't run out. I'm very happy with Chicagoland Heating and Air Conditioning!

I did not go with Chicagoland heating and cooling because of their strong arm tactics. I called to get an estimate on a furnace , A/C combo replacement, but specifically to get my water tank replaced because it was leaking. I was quoted a price for everything, one which was not unreasonable, but decided I wanted to go ahead with the water tank replacement , but I wanted to shop for more estimates for my Furnace and AC , as it's was not the most pressing, and everything I've read said get at least THREE estimates. This was not good enough, Dave had to call the owner I guess, and as I listen to them discuss how they didn't feel it was right of me to shop for estimates and have them replace the tank, Dave basically told me all or nothing. Ok, it's nothing, I wouldn't go with a company that would treat a potential customer like that. $7,000 , excuse me if I want to shop around and make sure that I'm getting the best deal. I'm sure they do excellent work, but have some respect for the buying process and for the homeowner.

I had Rob come out for a check and clean on my air conditioner. He called to let me know he was on his way. He got right to work and explains what he is doing while he is working. My ac had this screen inside that served no purpose and kind of hindered cleaning it so he suggested removing it and he did. He even put new batteries in my thermostat. That is what I like about Rob, he always goes the extra mile. He is very friendly and informative, this is why I request him.

Chicagoland Heating & Air Conditioning did an awesome job installing our ductless system in our house. They were on time, super friendly, and did a great job installing it into our house. The process of working with them was seamless from the start. I would and have recommended them to many people I know. If you are looking for a solid HVAC company, look no further.

Rob was our technician and I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He asked all the right questions and quickly diagnosed the problem. Because of employees like him I would not hesitate to call if the boiler needed servicing again.

So glad I found this company. Very honest. Alex came out today for a cleaning- super polite and did a great job. I used four seasons in the past but they can be pushy, sloppy, and try to sell you things you don't need. Very happy with Chicagoland. Highly recommended!!! You won't be sorry.

Jerry from Chicagoland was knowledgeable about my older heating system/boiler. He took the time to answer questions and was very thorough in his work. You can tell that he knows what he’s doing and puts the customer first ... I will definitely use and recommend in the future.
