Worked with Alex G. He was professional and persistent. He found and fixed a tricky problem. The company stood by their warranty and made the repair quickly, and efficiently. Glad we choose Chicagoland for our heating and air conditioning needs. Have and will continue to reccomend them to family and friends.

Jerry did a thorough job of inspecting and cleaning my 50+ year old boiler. He checked out every aspect of the system and it is running perfectly. He is knowledgeable and professional and his cheerful attitude was a plus!

We are very happy to have been, and continue to be customers of Chicagoland Heating & Air Conditioning for over 10 years. The service people who have come to our house have always done a great job maintaining our equipment . They are true professionals. In addition, each person has been very careful in our house (even wearing the little booties) when servicing our equipment. We highly recommend them.

My air conditioning went out and at night so the next morning I called to have it repaired. On the hottest day so far this year Rob came in less than two hours. Rob was very professional and courteous. This company did Nat over price or try to gouge because of the upcoming heat wave. I appreciate honesty amongst everything else and this company provided that. I will let Chicagoland heating and air-conditioning take care of all my future needs.

I cannot say enough great things about this business. Dave was wonderful and was more than willing to accommodate my schedule. He did not oversell me, was honest and their prices are very competitive. The install guys were fabulous, neat and respectful of my home. I had both the AC and furnace replaced and it was a breeze! If you are thinking of replacing your HVAC look no further.

Can not say enough good things about the company. Replaced my heating and air two years ago and have had great service. The Sunday before Christmas my water heater went out. They called to make sure I was ok without the water over the holiday. I was at the top of the list after the holiday. Service people were polite and knowledgeable. Alex worked with the manufacturer to get my part at no cost to me although not under warranty. The job was completed in a timely manner at a good price.

Chicagoland Heating & Air Conditioning deserves the highest of praise when it comes to emergency response time. The company was quite responsive when it came to a bitterly cold day on Tuesday March 5, 2019 when my furnace decided to take a winter vacation.

Toni, Chicagoland's receptionist was very kind and efficient toward discovering a technician on call to assist my problem. Sergio, the Technician phoned within a couple of hours, and arrived at my home with an extremely professional attitude. Sergio discovered, and fixed the issues concerning my furnace with precision and surgeon like quality. He was extremely attentive toward discussing what had gone wrong, and continued with meticulously outlining an effective and plausible solution.

Conclusion: My Furnace has since returned from its winter break, and Working once again.

!!Chicagoland Heating & Air Conditioning, Toni, Sergio and Staff, job well performed!!

BEWARE!! I called this company because of a suspicious diagnosis l received from a previous HVAC company who advised me that my furnace needed a coil cleaning. Chicagoland heating and air conditioning arrived on time and that was the start and end of a pleasant service. The technician's diagnosis was possible overheating issues and recommended the furnace coils be acid washed. I asked the price and if he could clean the coils the same day and of course the technician stated l would have to call their office for an estimate and to schedule. I paid $155.00 service charge only to be told l had to reschedule, meanwhile my furnace is still not operating properly. I did in fact call their office and was advised their coil acid cleaning price is $1800 and service couldn't be performed till two days later. Of course this news prompted me to get a third opinion asap. The third HVAC company sent a technician and his diagnosis proved my furnace didn't required a cleaning of any kind. He simply adjusted the blower speed and gas pressure adjustment screw to the recommended specification. My furnace is working perfectly and the best thing is it was free of charge. I wasn't charged a service fee of any kind and more importantly it wasn't recommend that l needed to pay $1800 for coils to be cleaned. In a effort to get my money back for paying for a misdiagnosis. I called Chicagoland heating and air conditioning's customer service. I spoke to the representative and informed her of the misdiagnosis and requested a refund of my money. The representative stated, that is the fee just for the technician to come out to diagnose the issue. I then asked for clarification purposes, so irregardless of whether or not the diagnosis is correct or not I am still charged for the service call. The representative then reiterated her first statement that yes that is the fee for coming out. She placed me on a brief hold and came back on the line and asked me if I can email the receipt from the other company. She then proceeded to give me their hotmail email address. I asked what is the purpose of me emailing the receipt, would that facilitate my $155 being returned due to an incorrect diagnosis? She stated that they would have to take a look at it, speak with the technician that diagnosed my unit and would get back to me this week. I asked ok so you'll get back to me in 24 hours, 48 hours or 72hours? She reiterated sometime this week. I will not hold my breath. Don't be fooled by all the 5 star reviews like I initially was, because had I not gotten another opinion I wouldn't have known I did not have to spend $1800 to fix my furnace. I would have paid the $1800 dollars not knowing I just got scammed and been giving a good review for paying for a service I didn't need and that wouldn't have addressed the problem with my furnace. Chicagoland heating and air conditioning are scammers and l will never use their services again.

Chicagoland was responsive. They quickly diagnosed and resolved my issue. They were professional and prompt when installing my new system, and they made sure the area was clean when done. I am a satisfied customer!
