I needed emergency air conditioning service on weekend. Chicagoland heating air conditioning service responded to call. The serviceman, Sergio, was very professional; he took time to explain to me what was wrong with my unit and what he needed to do fix it. Sergio also called the next day to make sure everything was still working as expected. I would recommend this company to my friend for service.

They were suppose to come out and repair something on my 1-2 year old furnace that they installed. They were a no call no show after I moved my schedule around to accommodate my scheduled appointment with them. I should have used another company to purchase my furnace.

We replaced our heating and air conditioner system and added two new vents in the basement, Jay was able to accommodate us the following week after we called them and everything was done in 1day. Jay and the guys were very professional and explained how everything works before they left. We would recommend it to family and friends.

2/5/19 had a new furnace installed. Great experience from the beginning. Dave the sales person came out to our home took extensive pictures of our old furnace which is in a crawl space not the most convenient place. He answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable.
Joe, Steve & Jeff installed our furnace very professional, knowledgeable, respectful neat and clean. They too answered all our questions. I would highly recommend Chicagoland Heating & AC!

Will continue to use Chicagoland Heating and Cooling for as long as they are in business. Two years ago they installed new furnace and air conditioner. Called for servicing in May of this year. Technician was TOP notch. Knew his stuff and took the time to really service the AC. I will have them back in a few weeks to service the furnace. Referred my friend to them who was getting the run around from another local HVAC place starting with a DO for a 'final' quote. I suggested she call Skip at Chicagoland. She did and had her new unit installed in three days (would have been faster but she picked the date). And also saved over $3K. And I just received a $50 check from Chicagoland for the referral. I was totally shocked when the CHECK not a credit on my next service came to our house with a nice note thanking me for the referral. I could go on and on. If you are looking for a local and honest HVAC contractor in the SW suburbs you need to call Chicagoland Heating and Cooling. You will not regret it.

The serviceman was scheduled for arrival between 9 AM and 1 PM service the air conditioning for the upcoming summer. Sergio arrived at approximately 9:30 AM. Before he began work on the AC, he offered to change the filter for the furnace. He explained how air filters can also effect cooling. He changed the filter. As he proceeded to work on the AC he explained what he was doing and why throughout the process. Noting that the coolant was low, he explained the cost and gave me the option of adding it or doing without. I did choose to add it due to the age of the unit and it serviced every other year.
After he finished and put the unit back together, it was running much quieter than before and it looked almost brand new. I appreciated being informed about the steps being taken, why they were necessary and given the option to proceed or not undertake a particular aspect of service. I appreciated how pleasant Sergio was in performing his tasks.

We always get amazing service from you all! You installed our furnace in 1999 and every year, you come and inspect it and give us product knowledge. My mom and I had the pleasure of working with Eddie today. He was soo patient and polite with us. His customer service was Fantastic!! He needs a raise!!!!!!

Have had chicagoland heating doing service for me for about 5 years now. Today they came out and serviceman Rob Finn, was so thorough and explained all he did, it was a great experience!
Rob knows his job and i was grateful for all of the time he took of explaining some parts that needed to be replaced.

I must say, It has been a long time since we have received this type of Outstanding customer service. The team of installers were near perfect.. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Extremely curiosity and involved us in every step of this install process. They event did a demo on how to's of the product. Communication and updates were totally unbelieveable. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone needing a Heating and Air Condition. This is what you want when getting work done on you home and these are the people you want to do the work.
