Today, which is a holiday, Denton B. (tech) worked me into his schedule, called prior to arrival, & worked very efficiently to complete his work on my furnace. There team worked great together. They were able to replace the furnace and air in one day. They are always pleasant to talk to. They answered our questions and how everything worked. They picked up after themselves. They did come back and replaced the thermostat, it was not working correctly. So far everything working as expected. They also were very helpful telling us about the rebates and how to get them. Thanks again.

These guys have done several service calls for my rentals, and have done a good job. They also installed a geo system in my home and we are very happy with it.

I had a question about my humidifier Kale installed a couple years ago, and instead of answering my question over the phone, they actually sent Jamie (probably their #1 technician) to my house to walk me through it!
Jamie also changed my filters, informed me of correct humidity levels in my home.
Jamie called me 10 minutes before arriving promptly at 8:30, entered my house and put those blue cover things over his shoes so he wouldn't track in the outside elements.
Kale, being the best Heating & AC company in the Quad Cities, has a customer for life. They installed my system and will continue to maintain my system for years to come.

WoW , Old school service, Kevin came to my house today and put a new filter on my humidifier . Wow, again very nice and knows his job. I don't see as well as I used to, Kevin took picture on his cell phone and made them bigger to show me what he did and explained it well It's been a long time since I have got service like that. I'm so glad they explained there VIP service to me, it sure saved me money . From the people who answer the phone to there service guys (awesome) fast and on time. (they called me let me know they would be 5 minute late) WOW again.I would recommend them to all. Call them with confidence.

Had a new AC unit installed by someone else and did not feel as if the new unit was working well as I anticipated. I called Kale and explained my situation and they dispatched Dustin the very same day. His knowledge, politeness and thorough inspection now has my house feeling like an ice box... just the way I like it!! I will now call no one else to handle all of my heating and AC issues!!

Great customer service and nice caring people! I needed my geothermo furnance replaced and got several estimates. Kale was the cheapest with a popular name brand furnace. The had no problem with any questions I had and had the nicest staff. So if your wanting a new furnace/ central air, give Kale Co. a call! 10 Stars!
