Kale Heating and Air Conditioning

We've been Kale customers for approximately 8 years. Recently, we have had the pleasure to work with Kevin to look at a ductless system to provided localized HVAC to a room in our basement. Kevin validated our belief that we are getting the highest level of service and customer care from Kale. In just a few visits, we feel like Kevin is a friend that watches out for our best interest. We also want to recognize Crystal, she is exceptional to work with. I wish I could remember and recognize the names of every Kale employee that has care for us over the past years. We highly recommend Kale!

The service we had performed was outstanding, Kelsey, Shane, Cade, Cody, Ryan Kept us informed with the delays (it was due to weather and out of their control). They arrived with all parts and units on time, they are so considerate with not wanting to disturb us during the install, cleaned up after themselves. Very informative with the questions we asked. We are new to the State of IL and was very impressed with the service and knowledge they provided. Will be using them as our #1 team for all repairs and Maintenace.

Staff both on phone and in home are very professional and knowledgeable. They are quite responsive to your needs as far as getting an appointment and answering any questions you may have about heating and air conditioning in general and specific to your unit. I have been a customer for over twenty years and would not think if employing anyone else.

Kale was great to work with from the very start! From Joe coming to figure out the issues, to Kelsey setting us up, and to Shane & Cade who did our installation of our new furnace. Everyone was professional and attentive to our needs! Definitely will recommend Kale to friends & family!

House got cold so we figured it was time to call Kale. A few hours later, Seth arrived and trouble shot our problem. New furnace was ordered and then two days later, it was installed. I watched for awhile as it was being installed. Shawn and his apprentice worked steadily and efficiently and soon had the new furnace fired up and heating the house. They do good work and I am pleased with length of time spent and how clean every thing looks. My hat is off for Kale and crew. Merle

Woke up on a Saturday Morning in January with no heat. Called Kale and they were here quickly even on a Saturday. Learned it was the furnace motor. Thankfully they had one at the warehouse and it was fully installed that afternoon. Wonderful service from Cody. Kale will be my first call next time I have a need. Thanks Kale for being there for us. We appreciate it.
