Kale Heating and Air Conditioning

Always the best experience with Kale! They communicate well, and ensure our satisfaction! I have been a customer since 2011 and wouldn’t think of using anyone else. Ryan and Trevor came today for our furnace and air conditioning installation, they are top-notch! The ladies that schedule are always fantastic and accommodating, and Steve was wonderful to work with for our quote. The entire Kale team is wonderful!

Great experience. From the 1st call to the last goodbye everyone was professional and courteous. We dealt with Steve(sales), Kelsay(Appt/finance), Steve & Trevor(Install) and can't say a bad thing at all. The impressive thing is we did our original quote in '21, but life happed and had to put it off. Well Steve still had our file and just had to give us updated prices and equipment. That made the entire process easier. Kelsay was prompt on returning calls and answering questions on the phone. Shane & Trevor were terrific and polite. They showed up on time and finished much quick than we thought. Both new units look and work great. Even put up with our dogs barking. Only bad thing I can say is Trevor is a Vikings fan and that almost ruined the whole deal. But Shane was a Hawkeye fan like my wife and it saved everything lol. In the end, would definitely use Kale again for any heating and AC ISSUES

This company is amazing! All of their employees are incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful in every way possible. Our central air system needed to be fully replaced because the refrigerant it used was no longer available. They came out to look at the system, gave us our options, and then set us up with a date/time to come install the new system. Each worker that came to our home was very pleasant to be around and they did a very thorough job with the installation. We did have an issue with the fan in our new system after they installed it, and we called them the next morning and they came back out to fix it that same day. Just amazing service all around and I definitely recommend using Kale for all your heating and air conditioning needs!

Every aspect of dealing with Kale was top knotch. Quick and thorough estimate with Steve and very upfront about the costs and different options available. Scheduling instalation and payment options was done within minutes. Shane and Trevor installing the unit and removing the old one was probably the most impressive part. They were extremely proffessional, personable and courtious. They did a great job keeping my home clean staying entirely on schedule. If I could rate more than 5 stars, I would!

Came home from the hospital with a newborn and our AC went out after hours (this during the "very unhealthy" air alerts in the region). I called Kale, and got a call back from Joe within an hour. After talking it through on the phone, Joe had it diagnosed and overnight parts ordered. Barely 24 hours later Seth came on site, did the install, confirmed it was working, and gave pointers on maintenance and upkeep down the road. Working with them on the phone (plus the excellent support staff) was a huge relief and it was obvious they were genuinely concerned about getting it done right and fast. Lifelong customer.

Our AC stopped working right before we had guests coming in town to stay with us. Kale was able to send someone on the weekend and made the repairs with ease. Great customer service, and our house is no longer a sweat box!

When our air conditioner died late
Friday during a hot spell, we were a bit
concerned! However, we called Kale
and Jamie was promptly at our house fully prepared for any scenario, quickly
diagnosing and fixing the problem, and
the house was cooling down very soon after! Thank you Jamie for being so helpful, both with repair and warranty! And thank you Kale for providing us with great service originally with our HVAC system so our current 'crisis' was resolved smoothly!

Kale did a wonderful job from start to finish! I talked with two people on the phone, including Kelsey who was very nice. She was able to get me scheduled and called to remind of the appointment the day prior. Shane and Trevor did an excellent installation and actually revented my water heater while working on the furnace. I won’t be running the furnace for a few months but expect it to be working properly. Highly recommend the company!

A few years ago we had Kale come and put in a new furnace and a/c unit. We were very happy with the work and the great customer service they have.

Today, April 11 2023 I had them come back out to remove the a/c unit off the deck (to make more room on the deck) and place it on the side of the house. They were here right when I was told they would be and once again had great service!!! Thanks to Kelsey, Ryan and Will. Keep up the great work!!!

Kale’s pricing for installing a heating and air system were competitive with other companies. Kelsey found sever available rebates that helped keep the cost within my budget. The installation crew arrived on schedule and completed the job within the estimated time frame. The crew gave me a rundown on the work to be performed and a review of work accomplished as well as operating instructions for the new equipment at the end of the job. I really appreciate the work of the installation crew and office support staff and highly recommend Kale Heating and Air company.
