Do not contact JL Brady Co. For any work, (im speaking on be half of my older parents). JL Bradyco was contacted to replace an outside hose bib, they sent out one of the plumbers to do the work. About a few months later the hose bib snapped off the wall, because JL Brady never secured the hise bib to the home instead their "certified plumber" relied on the copper fittings/pipe to support the forces exerted on the garden hose. Then after inspecting the rest of the work done by JL Brady Co. "Certifed plumber" it was found that 20% of the connections were not secured or Crimped together and were just dangling in the fitting ( if you research why (pro press ) or any crimped style fitting leak it is cause by not being crimped in the first place)
JL BRADY CO. was contacted to complete not warranty the job they were paid to do but declined and said its out of warranty and wouldn't be doing it.

JL BRADY CO. Does not have a qualified plumber because a qualified plumber would not leave 20 % of the connections not secured.

DO NOT EVER USE JL BRADY CO. FOR ANY PLUMBING WORK. THEY HAVE NO ONE REMOTELY QUALIFIED.

From the photo you can see one side of the shut off valve they installed is crimped and secured but the other is not...their " qualified plumber"couldn't even re-check the connections they made before they left ...paid for professional work and got high school shop class special instead.

We have used J.L. Brady for a few different projects on our home and have been thoroughly impressed by the communication, cleanliness and professionalism of every employee that's been involved. Highly recommend J.L. Brady to anyone interested!!

My water heater started leaking, as well as the discharge hose from my garbage disposal. They were both 20 years old, so I knew they were overdue to be replaced. J. L. Brady was able to do the repair within a day of my calling. The plumber (Ryan) was friendly, professional, and did a great job replacing both, and later, a nearby solder joint that started leaking. I'm very happy with my entire experience with J. L. Brady.

Our AC wasn’t working and they initially said it could be next week before they could get to us but we decided to get on the list anyway. Later that day they called back and they got someone to our house. Even though they gave us bad news about our current AC they were quick to give us a quote and install on the same day. Talk about service!!! I can’t say they will be this accommodating for everyone but we have nothing but wonderful things to say about this company!

Our ac decided to go out right when there was a heatwave and we have a 1 year old and 4 year old. Places were 2 weeks out and I made an appointment with them. They had a list and were getting to everyone as fast as they could, I called on a Thursday. They called me later that day and said they could send someone out that next morning. Our ac was going to cost more then it was worth so we got a new one, to help us try to get through the weekend they attempted to get the old ac okay for a few days to get us by.. They were so helpful and gave us all the options. They tried to come that next Monday to install the new one but were not able to get to it but did call and apologize and let me know they would be there first thing the next morning at 7 (which was the original date they said) . The worker was here right at 7 and was able to replace our ac unit, make sure all of our vents were working and in good shape and went above and beyond for us on a few other things, we are very appreciative and will be calling them again for anything else.

Had a fan go out on my air conditioning condenser during one of the hottest days of the summer....Jason and staff got me up and running in no time... and even better they replaced the part under warranty that was 9 years old on a 10-year warranty. Can't say enough good things about their customer service!

Wow... Very poor customer service! I had a visit scheduled for over a week. Day of came and I missed a call from them. Within 5 minutes I returned the call and let them know I'm home and waiting. They did not tell me they sent tech to a different job. So here I am looking out window every 5 minutes. After 45 minutes I call back and was informed. I could not believe that Lori was making it out to be MY fault. Telling me this is how this works. She refused to apologize for the inconvenience and asked me how OLD i was to belittle my concerns. This is very poor business and will NEVER suggest them

My wife and I had our basement plumbing replaced. The estimate was fair and the bid came back quickly.
Plumber showed up on time and during the work was very amicable.
The job was done professionally and was finished on time.
There were very few glitches.
I will have some plumbing work done in the future and I will certainly hire them to do it.

I was so impressed with JL Brady Co that I felt compelled to write a review. I have always used a more local company for everything HVAC, but their customer service has declined. I wanted to get a new min-split system installed. The other company told me it would take 45-60 days just to get a sales person to my house, and then another 45-60 days to get it ordered and installed.

I then called JL Brady and they sent a sales person to my house just 2 hours later! I already saved 2 months! A couples days later I received the estimate, approved it, got on their schedule for the following Friday and it was installed in one day. From start to finish it took 12 days instead of 120! The salesman was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The installers were as well and did amazing work. The installation looks great both inside and out. I am so happy with the decision to go with JL Brady Co for this system, and I highly recommend them to others.
