Had a service call blower motor wouldn't shut off and A/C wouldn't come on. First thing the repair man said was furnace was old. Then quoted me $500 for a fan limit switch and $500 for control module plus labor. So around $1400 to fix it. So he recommended replacement at $5600.. I know he was lying about the parts prices and did no work to actually fix the problem. Just spent time giving me a replacement quote. At the end I got $160 Bill and nothing accomplished!. But I knew something wasn't right. Called another repair man. He came reset the furnace roll out switch and said my furnace could last for years. I've placed two phone calls to JL Brady and been promised calls back from a service manager. But I received none.

During our late June heat wave our air conditioner broke down and I contacted J.L. Brady after business hours. The answering service got a hold of a technician and I was contacted by him a short time later. He was busy and unable to come to my home but he gave me some troubleshooting pointers which proved unsuccessful due the serious nature of the problem . J.L Brady contacted me first thing the next morning and got a technician to my home a short time later. The technician diagnosed the problem as a faulty compressor and a new unit was the logical choice. Due to the ongoing heat wave I figured I would be without air conditioning for a few days. My technician contacted the main office and they were able to free up a technician from another job and he got my new unit installed by early afternoon that day. Thank you for the outstanding customer service!

We had a new furnace and air conditioner installed in early November. Blake and Harry were our technicians who did the installation. They did an excellent job and were two of the nicest fellows we've had the opportunity to work with. We couldn't have been happier with the work that they did. Thank You!!!

These guys are the best! This winter/spring I had a Hi-Velocity Air Conditioning system put in my historic 1926 home as no conventional system would work here with no existing ducts. They were very professional, extremely knowledgeable and very competitively priced. If you need some serious work done, these are the guys to hire. They have also been my go to company for any work on my boiler or my radiators over the last 2 decades.

Do not go to this place!!!!! Not only is it overrated but the plumber or suppose to be plumber could not fix my dripping shower faucet. Said he had to order a part for it which was fine but never heard back from him. Called about it but the guy couldn't find a part for it, which make me even wonder if he really did order the part to begin with. When he came over he appeared to be lazy. They have no problem charging you but when it comes to fixing things they don't. Calling up another place with better professional people. This place sucks!!!!!!!!!!

Even though they are on the approved list of vendors company stated they require customer to pay for all repairs upfront, then be reimbursed through Community Action. Which is not how it's supposed to work.

Great, friendly service! By far the lowest price I was able to find for a new a/c and furnace for quality product and labor. Worked with Steve for estimate and set up. He went above and beyond to get us in as soon as possible with our a/c being out and it being hot out. Highly recommend!

Woke up on the coldest day of the year with a broken furnace and the temperature in the house was down to 50 degrees. I called their 24 hour line and they were at my house that morning and were able to replace the broken piece in less than 20 minutes. Fast and efficient. Would recommend to anyone.
