Great customer service from the start! Our furnace broke down in the middle of winter and they were fast to get us what we needed in a pinch. The service was quick and friendly. We were happy with the price and even got a smart thermostat!
I made an appointment two days ago to have them service my HVAC system after it wasn't performing will last weekend. They couldn't give me an estimate of when the technician could be here, so I took a whole work day off to get this done.
By mid-afternoon, there was no sign of them. I called to ask when I should expect them and they told me my appointment was yesterday and there wasn't a technician in my area today that could do the job. They offered to come tomorrow, but I can't take another day off for this. They told me I would have to pay him overtime.
I told them I'd find someone else to do the job. They couldn't take an appointment correctly nor could they recognize their mistake or make any effort to address my dissatisfaction.
Sincerely doubt this will matter since these guys are huge, but here goes. We called JL BRADY a month after moving into the new house to get our boiler inspected. I wasn't home when he came but the tech assured my wife everything looked good and that he cleaned the burners out too. Charged us 138 bucks for the trouble.
Less than a week later the heater is dead b cause the pilot light was out. I didn't want to blame these guys, things happen. Took a couple of tries but I got it relit. Five more days and it's the same story but this time the pilot won't stay lit.
Decided to figure this out and eventually got the old thermocouple out. This thing is missing the top completely and it's blackend cracked. I managed to replace it the heat is running great.
I don't appeciate that we were taken advantage of. This was a quick fix and makes me wonder what else this guy missed. Wish I could show a picture of the old thermocouple just to show how bad a shape it was in. Plan on being in this house another 20 years, but this the last time I am calling JL Brady and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone else.
An organization I work with started a repair project in January. 3 months later had they have cancelled the project with them because the repair is still not complete. It is an older unit, Brady said they could handle it. They are now blaming the organization because Brady's employees researched the WRONG BOILER. They researched parts for the working boiler instead of the broken one. I would never consider for any work for me.
Had a house completely gutted and called JL Brady to install all new water lines and drains in the whole house. The price was on point and the quality of work they did is next to none. I will use JL Brady and Ian for all my home needs.

I got a new Lennox A/C unit installed by J.L. Brady yesterday. The unit was installed within 3 hours and they were good about cleaning up. I chose a Lennox A/C unit since the one I replaced was a Lennox and it lasted 27 years plus. I hope I will get the same results from this unit!

My furnace went down on a Saturday night when temperature was -13F outside. Brady sent a technician on Sunday morning, who found out that the furnace needed to be replaced. They sent a 2 people crew and installed a new one by noon.
