Kale Heating and Air Conditioning

I wish there was a 10 rating! This company is the most professional and kind company I have ever dealt with. I am beyond thrilled with their service and overall professionalism. If you need anything done, please do consider this company. I have worked with both Kevin and Seth and they were spot on with service.

I needed a furnace replacement. They were courteous kind and got me a new furnace installed in a very short amount of time. I would recommend them to everybody.

I had an HVAC company disconnect vents from a cement floor to ceiling walls, needless to say they did a horrible job. No air flow pressure and some ducts were tapped into a return and not supply. I had several HVAC companies come out to provide some analysis and provide estimates, none of which as accurate in their assessments and were overpriced. The team from Kale, Kevin came in and accurately assessed the issues and provided several solutions. He quickly brought in the experts Shane and Trevor to do duct work and enhance air flow with no damage to walls (extra cost). These guys were professional, took the time to explain their process, and clean. These are my HVAC go to guys and I will never use another company. They also fixed my Reme Halo air purifier which the previous installers installed incorrectly. Can't say enough about these A+ guys! Extremely happy with the results and that is rare for me. They will get all the calls to future projects.

Had a great day today. I got a new furnace and AC. The company is Kale heating and air. 2 guys from Kale got here at 7:30 and told me it would take 8 hours to get the old out and the new ones it. How right they were. 3:30 they were done. These guys were great. Funny, informative, very polite and Never got mad or upset about me asking questions. I can't say enough about them, they were awesome, joked alot with me. The salesman was fantastic to. I like him the first time I met him. Thank you Kevin, you were awesome too. Terrific service, knowledgeable and prompt. Unit was restored to function with full explanations along the way. I appreciated the methodology which started with the least cost approach. Service tech Travis was courteous and didn’t mind offering insights to the what and why. Will use again in future.

Furnace went out Christmas Eve. Eric arrived quickly, I mean a couple hours, explained everything to me, replaced parts and they were so beyond helpful I can’t even tell you. I won’t be going anywhere else and will recommend Kale to everyone I know. This company is compassionate and they actually care about their customers. So thankful you guys were my first call!

It really was the best experience we have had using a company .. from the first phone call to the installers sweeping up at the end of the job , it was all done A-plus work .,They we’re friendly, but professional and speedy . What do you do when your heat and air system is not functioning as it should? I sure as heck didnt know but I got lucky and found Kale.
From the office personnel to the install techs, these people are excellent. They explain everything you need to know even when you don't know what questions to ask!
They sent four awesome techs, who arrived on time bearing a little unexpected gift basket, which was a nice touch. After introducing themselves, (shout out to Jim, Seth, Jeff and Travis) they got right to work. They work very well together. A few hours later they were done. They are friendly professionals who know their job and leave no mess. The price that was quoted was the price charged. They even submit the paperwork so you can get your rebates with no hassle.
Most importantly, the unit has cooled great. Almost, looking forward to winter so I can test the heating.

Kale was not only very quick about fixing our furnace, but the Tech they sent out, Jeff, was super friendly, and courteous. He even asked my wife and I if we had a way to stay warm overnight while we were waiting on the part. It’s always nice to know you’re not just some sale they’re trying to make. If I have any needs for HVAC service in the future, I will definitely be returning my business to Kale. I would recommend them to anyone!

Our estimator for a new Furnace & Air & Thermostat was Kevin. He was very polite and did a great job at answering all of my questions....I feel the more questions that I asked the better. My husband was at work so I needed to be comfortable in explaining everything to him when he got home to make a good decision. The installer's were polite, knowledgeable, and had no problem answering any questions I had either. They explained the system to me where I could understand.
Were very happy with the product York. We feel that our heat is now more evenly distributed throughout our home. Even when the temp. is like today....a big 9 degrees. : ) Love my new thermostat and bonus to us was that we decided to connect to WiFi if we choose to use it. Will be great for when we travel and can set the house either warmer or cooler.
Yes, I would recommend them and have already. The experience was great and I feel that Kale will be there if I need them for any reason.
