Kale Heating and Air Conditioning

Kale installed a Mitsubishi mini-split system in our house addition. One unit operates both heat, AC and dehumidifier. Ryan and Travis were very detailed and made sure everything was done correctly and efficiently. They are also very particular about appearance- which is important when the unit is hanging on the inside of the room. Thank you for a job well done!

Going a weekend without air, with temps in the 90s? When Jeff arrived he went right to work, beginning with a thorough check of thermostat, and inspection for obstructions. An excellent listener, he asked a lot of questions to speed the diagnosis.

Had some warranty work when my furnace stopped. Called the service number, and they had Jeff here within 2 hours (I'm kind of out in the boonies so that's a very good timeframe).
Had the problem sorted out super quickly, and the parts on the truck- the whole project took roughly an hour.

We lost heat on a Thursday and they were at our house Saturday morning with a brand new furnace. The installers were very professional and good at answering any questions I had. The front office was also very polite and caring, I will be using them for all heating and cooling needs from now on.

The call center service was excellent and they even called back to see if someone had called to come over. Jim, the guy that responded, was very polite and very quick and efficient. He had recommendations, quoted us what we were charged at the end, and also told us about other things that we could get an estimate for, and we were very grateful for the advice.
