Family Heating & Cooling

My heat went out on New Years Day during a pretty heavy snowstorm, and it was after normal business hours. I called in the off chance that I could get ahold of someone and get an appt scheduled quickly. The receptionist took my information and passed it along to the on call technician. Within a half hour he called me and was able to walk me through removing and cleaning the flame sensor on my furnace. That’s all it took! He was able to teach me something new and save me a lot of money in the process. I highly recommend Family Heating and Cooling!

I called family Heating at 9 they were here by 4. Very professional Brian was wearing his 😷 . He was very knowledgeable. He knew about the old ones like mine lol. I heard him help a coworker on the phone. Good company. I will call again if needed. Thanks Family Heating.
