Family Heating & Cooling

Our AC went out around 8:30pm at night so we called Family Heating and Cooling. The lady who answered was very professional, pleasant, and understanding. After she took our information down we got a call from Garth a few minutes later saying he could be there in a little bit. Garth was very nice, knowledgeable, and awesome to work with. From the first phone call to when he arrived was probably 35min. Very fast! Also, he answered all of our questions and any other ones we had he was always quick to respond. Thanks guys!

Mike called me within 5 min of me calling to request an appt and was already close to my house so was literally there within 10 min of my initial call to the office. He was super nice and explained stuff as he went. Replaced a wire and got my A/C working again before a 94 degree day tomorrow! He also let us know about their maintenance program which is an amazing deal so we signed up! VERY reasonable prices...and he also made sure we knew they don't charge extra for after hours or weekend calls! So pleased with this company! Thank you so much!

The tech that came to my house was vey knowledgeable and worked quickly to resolve my issue with my furnace and showed me what he did and what was wrong. Not badly priced. Thank you

Fast response on weekend when others couldn’t get here for several days. No after hours fees. Mike was informative and efficient at fixing it. The repair was relatively affordable - the top off of Freon, on the other hand… pretty pricey but that isn’t their fault. They earned a new customer!

Garth showed up a couple hours after I called the office and quickly repaired my a/c unit and gave me a few tips to lengthen the life of it until I'm ready to replace it. Chad followed up to make sure everything was still working after Garth left (I called back because for some reason the thermostat shut off) and Chad offered to check it out again. A/C unit is working fine and my house is cool again! Thank you Family Heating and Cooling! I'll be using you again when I'm ready to replace my A/C unit! Thanks again!

Very friendly, fast, and professional. Last year during the cold snap at the beginning of the year my heater broke. I called and they came to see if they could repair it. They tried but my heater was too far gone. They were able to get me a heater within the same week and it was installed quickly and efficiently. It came with a 10 year warranty, and they provided the paperwork needed for me to get a rebate from midamerican since my heater qualified for one. They were so helpful and so fast when I needed them most. Would 100% recommend.

May 15, 2022 Our AC stopped working, so we called on Sunday morning and within 30 minutes, Garth was here. He quickly found a faulty capacitor on our furnace and had the system up and running in about 30 minutes. The charge included the $69 service call, a $7 govt. fee and the part charge. We are very grateful and would highly recommend Family Heating & Cooling.

Our furnace went out on the coldest day of the winter. They responded so quickly and had our unit up and running in no time. It was great!

Answered my call at 6:30am. Promised someone would be out the same day. Repairman called at 9am. Repair was complete by 9:45. Prices were reasonable. Would highly recommend!

Exceptional service. Chad arrived on-time and had the work done when promised. He explained why we needed to replace our 53 year old equipment and everything about the operation and maintenance of our new furnace and AC.
