Family Heating & Cooling

We woke up to a cold house on new years day. The furnace wouldn't stay on. I called family h and c and they had someone out to the house within 2 hours and left 2 hours later with the furnace working great. The technician, Garth, was friendly and knowledgeable. The cost was reasonable particularly for New year's day. I would definitely recommend family for HVAC service.

I'm glad I called these guys. Quick service that explained everything that was done and why. Nate was very friendly and got the furnace functional again. I was going to attempt it myself but for the money it was well worth calling Family Heating and Cooling. Plus it wasn't easy getting to the sensor.

I called expecting them to tell me they could get someone out to me in a day or two. It was literally in less than 30 minutes! He had it figured out very quickly, got the part and put it in. I will use them again!
