Kale Heating and Air Conditioning

Kale heating has been wonderful.
From Seth to the passionate Kale salesmen and finally to the Kale Administration. They have been alert and focused on my need to quickly replace my furnace. Together we solved a heating problem, in the time of supply chain delays and covid restrictions. Without a doubt, the Kale team has the passion to service my the Customer.

Now, I am with a York furnaces and A/C owner. I do pledge my lifetime loyalty to Kale. And Kale in writing does the same to me (lifetime warranty) 😁

Jamie did a great job! Very professional, answered all of my questions, very efficient.

Where do I begin? First - Jamie came after hours to help me with our 32-year-old air conditioner because it was apparently dying. He was gracious and kind and helpful and answered all my questions with patience. He told me to keep the fan running until we could get it fixed or replaced. Thanks again, Jamie, for helping me stay sane, and rather cool. 😊
Then I spoke with Kevin the next day and he was such a blessing. In many ways. After we talked, several times, my husband and I knew it was time to get a new one. Kevin had his team out the next day (thanks Bostic and Travis!) and we be cool. Crystal and Kelsey are angels and the whole company feels like family. They truly go above and beyond for their customers! In every way. I obviously cannot recommend them highly enough.

I woke up Cold Sunday Morning. I was smelling a electrical burning smell. I pinpointed to the Furnace. I just started my VIP Service on having my Town Home being checked twice a hear. I check on my furnace was last checked. It was 12-17. So I called Kale. I was lucking. Joe H was in the area finishing up a call. He was over in about 15 min. He check things out.... darn Blower. He shut my system down. Joe H called the next day, Sunday. He provided me my options and cost to have it done on Sunday or Monday. I chose Monday. Cody, from Kale, came with a new blower. Cody was professional and he did a good job. I am now backup with heat this cold 2022 new year. Thanks, Kale.

Kevin, Dan and Travis, were a joy to work with! So professional, friendly and careful. Fantastic customer service, too!
We told them, we were two "old dogs" that can't learn new tricks, and they patiently answered all our questions.
They removed our ancient battle axe boiler, and installed a mini split ductless system.
We highly recommend them! Even our pets loved them! ; D

Great service, always on time. A company one can depend on. We have spring and fall service set up. Kale never just pushes sales, but gives you honest service. Service techs are outstanding! This time it was Cody. Great guy! Never had a rude technician with this company. Very happy with this company. Highly recommend!

Excellent service! Prompt, professional and courteous. Dustin was quick to analyze the issue and give us a price on the replacement part. I will definitely call again when I need service on our York furnace and air conditioning unit. Thanks!
Had to call because the furnace started making a noise again after service. They sent out the manager who found that the new replacement part from the local supplier was bad. They had a good part on the truck. He also explained that we were using the wrong filter which was causing the furnace to work harder and run longer. Very happy with the Kale's service and I would and recommend them to anyone with HVAC needs! Good job!
