I can't say enough good about "Kale Heating & Air Conditioning". From the 1st phone call, every step of the way has been great! They were fast and efficient from the office people to the estimator to the installers. All top of the line. This is a great family-owned company. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

The serviceman from Kale's (Kevin) gave us excellent service on our furnace recently. There was a problem in our crawl space with the ductwork. He got the part immediately and finished the repair quickly. Kale's was very dependable and reasonable as well. Eventually, we will be doing some A/C repair and will definitely call this company.

Called Mr. Kale for a quote on a new furnace and he showed up promptly at the agreed upon time. He was super helpful and knowledgeable about the different replacement options, and had a quote to me in a very timely fashion. Very competitive pricing and seemed to really care about our situation and getting us the best solution! Highly recommend!

We had a problem with our AC and furnace running together at the same time constantly so we googled some local companies around to come in a fix the issue. First thing that stood out was the amount of good reviews Kale Heating and Air Conditioning received and their technician Jamie Pedigo made sure that the ratings on here weren't just a fluke. He was very friendly and figured out the problem almost instantly but ran a few test to be sure. About an hour and a half later problem was solved and he even took the time to download some manuals for our equipment and explained exactly what was going on, as well as how it was affecting our gas and electric bill.

Bottomline I would definitely recommend giving these guys a call if you are looking for a good company to work with and don't be surprised if they call after hours to schedule you in for the first available appointment.

Just had another great experience with Kale on this cold snowy day! The response to my phone call late last night was quick. Dustin came over first thing this morning, and fixed my furnace in no time. He is super nice and professional! I recommend Kale to everyone.
