Libertyville Unique Indoor Comfort - Now AA Service Co

We had our AC tuned up. The service man came at the scheduled time. He did a thorough job testing and cleaning our unit. He answered our questions to our satisfaction and gave us good advice as to the longevity of our old unit. We were given a detailed invoice as to what service was done. The charge for the tune-up was very reasonable and we will use Unique again.

Unique specializes in systems that go into older homes that do not have forced air A/C. They install and maintain these systems. When my 30 year old Unico system needed to be replaced, they did a thorough assessment, measured my rooms and discussed the options. When they installed the replacement system they corrected the problems with the older system and spent several days getting everything perfect. They came every day at 8:30 and worked nonstop in my attic. Everyday they cleaned up, removed tarps and vacuumed. It took 4 days to install and it works perfectly. Unique was higher in cost but was worth it!! I got a price from another company and they didn’t measure, did no calculations and I had no confidence in them. Do it right and use Unique Indoor Comfort!

This was my first time calling Unique Indoor Comfort for routine AC maintenance. Our technician, Jason, was on time, very professional and friendly. He got right to work with cleaning and checking our AC unit and was finished in under 1 hour. Went over the maintenance packages briefly, but no heavy sales pitch. Very pleased with the staff who answered the phones too...polite and efficient. Thank you!!

Josh was very helpful with review of our damaged
vintage radiator and offered suggestions on where to find a replacement rather than buying new. He and Trey worked quickly and proficiently at installation and we'd highly recommend their services.

I experienced a poorly installed furnace and also had problems with our A/C unit done by others. Replaced both and could not be happier with the installation and service. To have reliable heating and cooling during this time is extremely important to us. Don't need a "Failure" at the wrong time. Installation and costs seemed appropriate.

We've used Unique Indoor Comfort in Libertyville for years for our boiler and AC installation, maintenance and repairs. They're service is always performed perfessionally, promptly and with courtesy. This morning was no different. On a very cold night a pump on our boiler broke and we had no heat. We called and got a quick response. The pump was replaced and we had heat within a few hours from our initial call. We're very grateful to have a company like Unique to count on.

We bought a new furnace last year, very happy with it. Heat is much more even, no spikes then cooling. They just did the first year cleaning. The techs were polite and professional.

Kelly was very responsive , listened and responded quickly and sent a technician out same day as a non emergency . Head technician knowledgeable , took the time to explain things , competent and stayed at our home till 7pm to get the jobs done . Highly recommended

Jim was extremely knowledgeable and willing to educate us about our boiler heating system and did a very thorough job with the preventative maintenance. I was able to schedule the appointment within 2 days of calling, and was happy to receive text updates that Jim was on his way and right on time. Extremely fair price too in my opinion. Will use Unique again.

Robert, who works for Unique, recently repaired our AC unit when our condenser went bad. He was excellent!! He took apart the unit and showed me exactly what was wrong. He used a voltage meter to show me how electricity was not properly moving through the unit which caused problems with our home's circuit box. He taught me so much but he never mansplained anything! He was terrific to work with. We have been customers of Unique Indoor Comfort for at least 15 years. Overall, they are great. From now on, I will always ask for Robert. It was not an easy repair, but he was persistent and made sure it was done right. Our AC was out for 7 days. I'm so grateful that Robert fixed it. He even checked to make sure the part was still under warranty. He's a great guy.
