Robert was terrific in servicing our AC system. I had several questions and observations. He was efficient, patient and common sense in proposing solutions. A great pleasure!

My experience with Unique Indoor Comfort was beyond my expectations. Not only are they courteous and professional, they are knowledgable, efficient and honest. Last month I woke up to a house with no heat and not knowing who to call and only seeing their vans in the area I took a chance on Unique and it payed off! Panicked, not knowing anything about heating or what might be wrong in our 100+ year old house in Winnetka, Sue calmed my nerves and assured me that Unique would be able to resolve the problem and I would have heat soon. Latter that day Brent came to our house and to our rescue. He was on time, courteous, professional, and very knowledgable. With our house being over 100+ years old I was worried that this might be a very complicated, time consuming and expensive repair. As a single mom I am always worried about getting taken advantage of in matters like these but with in a short time Brent was able to figure out, locate the source of the problem and had a solution. Of course not knowing anything about heating or the problem I probably asked 100 questions. Brent was not only patient but kind toward my lack of knowledge. The source of our problem, a bad heat exchanger and we needed to replace our water heater. Brent explained everything in detail from what was wrong, why it occurred, how he was going to fix it, what issues may arise during the repair and all of the costs involved. I was beyond impressed with his vast knowledge and candidness in the situation. After hearing all of this I knew I was in good hands. The next day, right on time as promised, Brent was there and with in hours we had heat again! Without a doubt, Unique Indoor Comfort is a top notch company and I would recommend them to any and everyone! I will surely be using them for all my heating and air conditioning needs in the future.

All I expected was to get the cooling working quickly with temperates going up. The service excellent, professionalism excellent, timeliness excellent, courteousness excellent. There isn’t one thing I can come up with that could have been any better. Will certainly use Unique for all my HVAC needs. Bye ABT.

Am a long-time, repeat Unique Indoor Comfort customer. They do our heating and a/c maintenance every year.

Robert was extremely knowledgeable and efficient when he came to do an AC/ Furnace clean and check. Would definitely recommend Unique to anyone who needs HVAC installation, repair or maintenance.

I have used these guys three times and twice have been good experiences with knowledgeable techs. However, I recently had Luis who was horrible. He messed up the entire works by miswiring a sensor which I asked him if that could be the problem to which he insisted to me was impossible and that he knew what he was doing and would leave if I challenged him. After he left we had no heat on top floor. Another guy came and fixed this issue quickly and professionally. Then as part of his almost $400 visit, he was to check 2 other furnaces and winterize. Ok since he left I noticed our shower water was not as hot as it used to be. After another service call with a different company, he had turned one water heater off by flipping a switch and never turned back on. Also my wife complained that our foyer and living room wew cold ever since he left. Called another repairman and found that he left the flame sensor on that furnace unconnected so it would come on for 5 sec and then time out. DO not know if he was having a bad day, no attention to detail but this guy is a walking disaster and confrontational, ask for someone else and you should be ok.

Scott arrived early, was courteous and provided a quick estimate for my humidifer install. I've used Unique before for my work involving my AC, they did a great job.

The technician did not give details of work that he is going to do, and did not give the invoice before performing the work.
I contacted the company and they send me a copy of invoice, and it is noticed that the technician charged for some of the work that he didn't even touch the machine
The technician have no professional ethics .

We signed into an annual service contract with Unique for our rental unit and our primary residence. After a furnace cleaning, it quit running. It's been nearly 2 months of them coming out to service it- without knowing what's causing it to quit. All the solutions they provided us were of course not covered in the service contract (which states it covers all parts and labor) Now a $1400 fix later that they assured would fix the issue, and it's still not working. Then a bill shows up for another fix that's again, not covered, with out even notifying us of the work.
There was a huge gap in communication from them. At one point, they said the owners would call us directly to discuss the issues, and that call never came. But the bills sure did.

Jordan was on time and professional. He advised me on what needed to be done and what did not. I would recommend this company.
