Had a service appointment on Friday service tech installed parts for the AC. After that install, the lights in the house dim when the AC turns on! Called on Saturday for a follow up visit - the tech said he did not know why that was happening.. He turned my AC on on off a few times... was not able to determine what the issue was.
He charged me another $90.00 and departed. Seems like poor service since it was barely a day from the first service visit. Cannot recommend them.

I signed up for the annual HVAC plan when my furnace had problems this winter, and now it’s my AC that’s out. A call yesterday evening and the same capable gentleman who fixed the furnace was back out at 8 AM promptly, to handle the AC. In 20 minutes he replaced the capacitor, advised that he would return with an exact replacement capacitor and contact (switch); and in the meantime, the AC is working fine. Great job and no charge because of the annual plan.

We have used Unique Indoor Comfort for close to 40 years, over 2 homes. They have always been professional, honest, and knowledgeable. We will continue to use them as long as we own our home.

I have had a maintenance contract with them for several years. They are professional, prompt, and have made suggestions about maintenance, filters, type and location of furnace humidifier that have both saved me money and equally important actually worked well. I highly recommend them.

Unique Indoor Comfort Heating & Cooling came today to do our yearly maintenance. They quoted us a time frame between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Our technician, Jon, arrived right at 11 a.m. and was very thorough. We have used them for many years and have been happy with our service.
