The guy who came out was great. He did his work and bothered me as little as possible, which was important as I was sleeping off a hangover. It was neglected to tell him that I needed my furnace looked at but he did that too on the spot. All in all, very friendly, very reasonable, and hangover friendly. I would recommend!

Very nice men came this morning to do fall furnace cleaning and filter replacement to get me ready for winter. Unique is a very reputable company I have been with for 12 yrs. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Called Unique first thing this morning based on good reviews. The reviews did not lie! Sergiy showed up on time this afternoon and fixed our aging AC unit. We were thrilled that we didn’t have to replace it. Sergiy was friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely call Unique again when needed.

The guys here were very nice and professional. However, my air conditioning unit is still doing the same ticking sound and now it super hot in my house! $305 gone for nothing 😣😣

Have used Unique Indoor comfort for the last 34 years for both our furnace and A/C ....have always been satisfied with their work...dependable, timely, and their technicians are always friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable! Highly recommend!

Very disappointed. Used to be good but must be under new ownership. Technician not prepared, had to go out for parts (while we paid hourly rate), after the work was done claimed we had a leak (vs before starting the work). Then didn’t offer to fix it. Keep these people as far from your home as possible.

Rob H came in prompt and explained what maintenance he was going to do for our AC. Our AC is pretty old but said it was in good condition for a few more years and didn't try to sell a new one. Very honest. Thanks Rob we'll be repeat customers.

The technicians and administrators are courteous and professional. The work is delivered as promised with an offer to contact them anytime with questions or concerns. The next phase of the work is explained in detail, and the work area is spotless. Great people providing personable service!

My boiler has been shutting off in the middle of the night, reducing temps throughout the house. The technician wasn’t able to recreate this shut off behavior, but hypothesized that our low water pressure and dirty heat transfer unit may be the cause. He increased the water pressure, bled our radiators and monitored the boiler for awhile. It was $300 for the visit and it was unclear whether this will prevent further issues. I guess we will see what happens.

Sergiy was the perfect technician. He was thorough, extremely knowledgeable and very respectful of my wife and me. I will not hesitate to use Unique (and Sergiy) in the future. Very happy!
